Spicepelt shook her head. "You've done enough, Autumnpaw." She mewed teasingly, "Knocking down your mentor is good for one day." She glanced at Icestar, and mewed, "Autumnpaw is doing well. I took her on a tour of the territory yesterday, and today...well, we trained." She thought for a second. "Oh, and I taught her the hunter's crouch.."

Autumnpaw purred. "Should we go hunting then?" she mewed after hearing her belly growl.

Blizzardpaw was growing impatiant as he sat waiting for Icestar. Suddenly he heard a youl of surprise coming fro mthe other side of camp and jolted to find his fellow apprentice, Autumnpaw, training with Spicepelt. When he reached them he found them to be wrapping it up.
Autumnpaw! Blizzardpaw mewed exitedly running over to the she-cat. He skidded to a hault next to Spicepelt and Autumnpaw, almost slipping in the wet snow that covered the forest floor.
Have you seen Icestar anywhere? Her sent is still in the air...
He flicked his tail impatiently.

Spicepelt nodded, wondering, Should I ask Icestar for an assessment for her?, and turned to Blizzardpaw. "Icestar was just here, but I'm not sure where she went." She looked at Autumnpaw. "Sure, we can go hunting, but I need to find Icestar first.." She leaped out of the hollow, and trying to find Icestar.

Autumnpaw watched as Spicepelt bounded away. She turned to Blizzardpaw and mewed "She said she'd be at camp." Without waiting for a reply from Blizzardpaw she raced after Spicepelt stopping every few tail lengths to make sure she was still following her scent.

Spicepelt purred. "I know you're there, Autumnpaw. You stepped on a twig a couple of times." She kept running, and eventually found Icestar, and mumured to Autumnpaw, "Um....Autumnpaw...can you go...um...find...uh...Scarhead!' She said in desperation. "See how Scarhead and Bronzepaw are doing!"

Autumnpaw drooped her ears in embarassment. "Can I go hunting instead, chasing you has made me even hungrier!" she teased.

Icestar had a vole clentched in her teeth when she heard someone coming. She turned to see who it was. "Spicepelt!" she exclaimed, dropping her catch. "What's the matter? You act as if someone is invading!" As she waited for a response from Spicepelt, she picked up the vole she had caught on her way back to camp.
That silly vole was practically asking me to catch it! It walked right into my path!

Spicepelt nodded. "Um...Yes. If you want, you may take Blizzardpaw with you..." She turned to Icestar, and quiety whispered, "Can Autumnpaw have an assessment? I know she's a young apprentice, but I need to see how she's doing..." She turned back to Autumnpaw. "While you're at it, go find Bronzepaw and take her with you. Scarhead and Bronzepaw are bound to have finished by now..."

Autumnpaw licked her mouth and then left her mentor with Icestar. I'll go to camp to look for Blizzardpaw. She headed towards the camp and looked inside for Blizzardpaw.

Icestar let her fur relax, now that she knew her clan wasn't in danger. She dropped the vole once again and nodded in agreement. "I will give Autumnpaw her assesment first thing tomorrow. I suggest you prepare her with this news. I have to take Blizzardpaw out for a hunting lesson. I promised." she purred. Icestar picked up her catch, turned, and headed back towards camp.

Spicepelt gave a sigh of relief. She bounded after Autumnpaw, and mewed happily, "Autumnpaw! You're going to have an assessment tomorrow!"

(Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I have 3 projects right now and I've been so busy!)
Scarhead smelled himself. "Good job, remind me to tell Icestar about the badger you scented. Come on lets continue." Scarhead said running towards Fourtrees. Bronzepaw will become and excellent tracker and with that kind of scenting skills on her first day of apprenticeship a great hunter too.

Bronzepaw ran in front of Scarhead, not being able to wait. She immediately stopped at the 4 great oaks. "Wow..." She mumured happily.

"Here is Fourtrees where the Gatherings are held. Over on the other side is the Thunderpath which is the boundary for Windclan and Shadowclan. Thats all that needs to be said so come on, I'll show you the Thunderpath which Is our border with Shadowclan." Scarhead said in a hurry.
