Eh, I thought it ran a bit long...
Well, your story is next after the next chapter of the story I'm on, so just be patient a little longer, please. >_>;
"Yeah, I remember when we were first deciding on where to go."
Really? What'd you decide?
"Well, we didn't decide anything. We all wanted to go different ways in our one van, so we took a dart board and each person had one chance to hit the center, and whoever got closest got to decide where we'd go next."
So who won?
"Uh, no one."
What?
"See, one of the darts kinda went over the dartboard, which was on the side of our van, and it went into someone's eye."
Oooooh...
"Yeah, we decided to just drive far away at that point. In the other direction. Come to think of it, we owe our success to that guy?"
I'd say so!
"That's why he's our manager."
... Seriously?
"Yeah, so he wouldn't sue us. Besides, he bought a kickass eyepatch. Who doesn't like those?"
So he was hired because of the patch?
"And the fact he could sue our sorry asses for everything we own and some things we didn't."

I'm writin' the final chapter right now. I might get halfway done tonight, if I'm lucky. >_>
Ain't it true you tried to sing a song based around singing?
"Yeah."
How did that turn out?
"Well, to put it simply, none of us can sing in tune with one another. We agreed that only one or two of us will sing, while the rest shut up and play their instruments."
Why? Are they that bad?
"Look, we played a concert to raise awareness for the deaf, and in turn, created a new epidemic of deaf people. And two of us weren't even singing."
Uh, wow... What happened when the other two sang with you guys?
"Well... Let's just say that the Special Olympics now has a bunch of brain-dead participants."
That's mean.
"We friggin' shut off their brains with our voices. They won't hear this, and the families that do will likely agree that us stopping the six-person lyrics are best put to a halt."
But why name the Special Olympics?
"Have you seen the people participatin' in those damned thing? Compared to the people usually in those races, we made some winners. We got some crazy bets going on right now!"
You're betting on the Special Olympics.
"Uh-huh."
On the people YOU caused brain damage to.
"Correct."
This is worse than the time I interviewed the guy who killed a Santa Claus guy at the mall because he had is grandma run over by reindeer.
"Ah, well, can't win 'em all, can you? Cheer up, though! That guy wasn't in a band."
You're missing the point.
"Right, I know. The point is, we're gonna win those bets!"
>_>

The idea I had for your story was to take each person and give them an interview focusing on them, and then have interviews with more people involved.
Would that be fine?

Uh, I'm about to head back to school soon. Goodbye Summer, come around again. -_-
I've been playing some games I found online. Battleon, Adventurequest, DragonFable, MechQuest, Travian, Ourworld... Basically, I've been distracting myself. -_-
That, and our shoppe ain't too busy. Most likely my fault because I haven't gotten around to writing the script yet. -_-

Awright, now for something a bit different. This is going to be a ‘character rant.’ Basically, I rant from the perspective of a specific character. The first one is Crystal, the goddess.
Have you ever seen the glorious spectacle of many lives being lost at once? Have you ever laughed at a tragedy that had nothing to do with you? Something such as, say two towers falling on an iconic date? Oh, don’t get me wrong, it’s a terrible tragedy, but it is hilarious all the same. Fools throwing themselves out of a window, thinking they will be saved and go to Heaven while also disobeying their same vows not to commit suicide, all hitting the pavement silently. Fire and smoke spreading throughout the structure, choking people with flames before forcing them onto their floor for their final breath of air. The cluelessness of what was going on, even if it was blatantly obvious death would follow. The true laughter, however, occurred afterwards, when people would cling to the thought that life still persisted in the rubble of a once mighty building. They humored and entertained the thought that someone may have survived, donating blood and surrounding the building like dogs to a steak. No one survived, though, and the focus went into clearing the ruins of the once great pair of towers. The government was happy because people went to help, but as soon as the people got sick, they no longer cared. Many more people died meaningless deaths, and they humored the thought that they were doing something great. Now soldiers are fighting in a far off country covered in sand and blood, humoring the thought of justice. Humor is everywhere, and for that, I laugh. It seems to be like one of the late Shakespeare’s plays: tragic, but humorous. If you do not see the hilarity of the entire situation, I pity you. If you do, then you will likely be shunned from society. Either way, no one cares anymore except the ones who have suffered. They are more likely to think kicking a puppy is worse than shooting a human being, however, and should be ignored. All life is equal, so laugh at it all.
Man, I needed to get that out. I read an article about a Space Invaders game which an artist made that imitated the Twin Towers. A lot of people are offended, but I can’t see the reason why. I get more laughs out of tragedies than I do out of comedies. Mostly because I’m expected to care, but I can’t. I can’t just get upset about anything. I can acknowledge something bad, and I can do something about it, but caring is another thing entirely.
Here’s the link: http://kotaku.com/5039398/space-invaders-attack-world-trade-center-at-games-convention#c7327623
Besides, I don't care what people say. I'm going to Hell, and I have resolved myself of that fact. I am also an absurdist, but that's a bit more difficult to explain. >_>

hmmm... well... I kinda don't like whut Crystal ranted about... honestly it bothered me tiny a bit... but I'm not going to go any farther than that with her rant. ^^;;
Well... I'm not offended by that Space Invaders thing... just don't think it was a good idea because everyone else is going to be pissed at the poor guy... o.O
Uhm... you still... write very well though... heart ^^;;

Well, if you don't agree with me, just say so! Explain and tell me why you don't like it.
I write through my characters because they are allowed to be insane. I have to be sane, unable to speak my mind without backlash. At the very least, though, people can't argue with a book. They can disagree, and they can disagree with me, but I won't meet everyone who reads my stories, so I won't have to suffer through their idiocy.
Eh, writing well is a matter of opinion. Tell me why you didn't like that rant though. Seriously, I'm curious. >_>

I dunno... her ranting about whut happened on 9/11 just made me upset. I simply can't imagine whut those people went through, nor do I want to. Her rant about it just made me sad is all. -- I did however agree on how you/she ranted about our ridiculous government and army...
However, I completely understand where your opinion comes from, and how it comes out. ^^
How is your writing goin? Get any breaks yet? xP
