Smiling Lila replied "Pish! I did gymnastics when I was 4 or something. A cut like this is nothing compared to a broken bone. Even if it did hurt at first." Lila sat up and turned around to face Kent. "Because you seem like the kind of person who wouldn't present such an idea that is not true. You seem to think before you say things, to make sure you won't offend. Plus you seemed pretty nervous." Grinning Lila hopped down and offered her hand. "We better get going. We don't want your mom thinking 'something' happened." She giggled and looked up at Kent. But what if something did happen? She thought.

Ginger sat in her room, and stared blankly at the walls. She was officially bored to the point of tears. As far as she knew, all of her friends were enjoying the fact that they have a social life today, and she was stuck at home to play with her cat. "This is just grand Fluffy, grand." Naturally, the cat didn't understand what she was saying, so Fluffy just tilts her head to the side, and lets out a meow. "That's it, I'm sick of this." Ginger says, standing up. She grabs Fluffy's leash and smiles. "Why don't we go for a walk?"

"Yeah right... we wouldn't want that to happen would we?" He asked rhetorically, rolling his eyes. Taking her hand he hoistened himself up, taking a long breath of the night's air befor taking a step forward towards his door. "As for offending... You should see my comedy with my friends before passing that judgement." He added, holding her hand with his left, cramming his right into his pocket.

Ginger continued walking along, waving at every stranger she knew. She was feeling very chilly, so she knew this walk would be short lived. She didn't really care though since it was getting darker by the minute. She saw two bodies sitting on a ledge, but instead of talking to say hi, she just nodded at them, and kept walking along. "They look like a happy couple." She whispered, once she was out of earshot.

"Friends?" Lila burst out into a fit of laughter "Aww, I'm just playing with you." She nudged Kent on the shoulder and turned to smile at the girl on the other side of the path who had been watching them. "Listen I'm sure they're..." Pausing she tryed to think of the right word for these strangers. "Nice." Her stomach rumbled and she could feel her face going bright red. "Uh, so what's for dinner?" She walked up towards the door and let herself inside.

Ginger did a U-turn, and walked her way back to her house. She gave a final glance at the people on the ledge, and was still trying to figure out who they were, but she wasn't sure. Once she got back at her house, she sat in her bed and stared at her cell phone, wondering if she'd get a phone call from everyone, but wasn't too hopeful. She ended up curling up in a ball on the side of her bed, and slowly falling asleep.
