I'm baking pumpkin pies today - I might bake some pumpkin cookies while I'm at it though.. I love pumpkin! (and cookies!)

Wheee. For an animal lover, I choose Albus Dumbledore.  Not only did he care for Fawkes, a phoenix, but he also protected the animals in the Forbidden Forest. Dumbledore allowed Hagrid to keep strange and unusual pets as well.
