Ben looked back at the magician. So these creatures had all been stuck in their crystals for a long time? Ben didn't think he liked the idea of being stuck in crystal at all. He turned to Sryith.

"You don't ever have to go back in the crystal if you don't want to." he shook his head as he spoke.

Syrith heard Shatter's words echo though his mind, but found little comfort in them. He ran a hand through his black hair and gave small shake of his head.
Ben's next comment made the demon give a rueful smile. Of course he would go back into the crystal. They all would. It was just a matter of time. All these humans, all their hopes and aspirations, all of them would one day die along with their mortal bodies. And Syrith would be alone again.
"As you would have it, master Ben." He replied softly.

"Wha- oh, um, okay." Ayla said, eyebrow raised. Everyone else's creatures seemed to be speaking in the first person. Maybe it was just a pixie thing...
"Can you like, make gold? Or fairy dust?" She asked after a second's hesitation. She couldn't remember reading anything about pixie powers before.

Ayla gave a great snort of laughter, and clapped her hands over mouth to stiffle it. She couldn't help herself. The whole thing was so ridiculous!
She bent down to scratch Cosmo under the chin, still giggling to herself. How bizarre! She thought wildly.

Raynes' reflection graced the side of the small crystal, before the reflection would crack in half. A small beast uncurled itself from the tiny shards of crystal that lay on the table. She opened her yellow-green eyes for the first time in a long time. The tiny dragon looked up and greeted her new owner with a simple bow. "Greetings! Thank you for freeing me from that dreaded crystal tomb. It feels so nice to stretch my wings again.." She yawned as she did a cat-like stretch. "My name is Serenata, pleased to make your acquaintance! I'm Forever in your debt." She gave a somewhat goofy grin as she clawed her way up onto Rayne's shoulder. Sitting down like a parrot, she asked Rayne, " Do you have a name as well?", tilting her head slightly to the left as her tail waged slightly.

Gregory stared in awe at what was happening before him. One second he was cooking and socializing and then came this stranger and now people are flying with angel. Gregory slowly made his way up to the box. Only a few were left so he needed to pick one before they ran all out. Hesitant he picked up a beautiful crystal. Warm and freezing sensations ran through greg's veins but he couldnt drop the crystal no matter how bad it hurt. Finally he gives in and the crystal drops and hits the carpet with a thud. Staring around he didnt know what to do and did what someone next to him did "Awaken" and out came what seemed like elf-like being

After debating with herself, as well as ponder the words from the stranger, the child walked timidly up to the box. There were still a few shiny crystals left, and a particular one caught her eye. It was the shape of a woman, surrounded by fire. Not by evil-looking fire, but by fire in general. It made her feel all warm and fuzzy inside as she stared at it, her nose almost touching it. The face of the figurine looked a bit sad; mabye Kiyoko could remove the sad expression off her face. With her sleeve-covered hands she picked it up. If she was allowed, then something was bound to happen, right?

She felt a sting run through her arm, and cried out a bit as a mark went into her palm, just like the rest of them. "Uh...wake up, pwetty please?" she asked the figure, remembering from the examples before. She watched as the crystal broke open and something, or someone, started to awaken from it's crystal slumber.

((can they all change size? that'd be fun if they could all be very small while the kids are at school and like sneak around and stuff...lol and then it'd be easier for the creatures to interact with each other while the kids are gone or when there are adults in the area..would be suspicious if a grown guy started staying at the orphanage..im referring to my angel hiding his wings))

Ben stared once again at the demon in front of him. "So, can you do something for me?"
