He looked at her as she did that, then wrapped his arms around her also. "Like I said, you don't need to." He said as he let her lean her head on his shoulders. He did the same as well.

AmayaKiba Demons_Son_Dante Dante smiled and looked up to the sky. "The rain does not bother me, I have fought, slept and almost died in the rain." He said, still smiling a little, he looked at Jessica slightly. "Thankfully this kind lady came and offered me shelter."
Taking a glance at the heavily clouded sky she sighed, fingering an area over her stomach."My name. is Dante." He said, preffering not to be reffered to as "Demon".

Constantine looked at Rowan and hugged the boy close. "Look, it'll be alright. My friends aren't human, so they won't be a problem and I'll buy you a new one, better one, alright? Please don't be mad at me, 'kay?"
He ran his hand through Rowan's hair and said,"Oh! Sorry, I must be making you uncomfortable."
He let Rowan go and walked up the stairs of the apartment, waiting for Rowan to get out of the cold night air.

I can't see you...
Charity looked out at the road up to the house and saw the red and blue lights of the oncoming cop car. The siren came on soon enough and it parked near the house.
"W-What's the cops doing here?" she asked, looking fearfully at the officer who got out of the car.

"I don't know, but I think we should get out of here." He said as he looked over to them. "You father probably called them." Looking to the house then back at Charity, Valk sighed and wondered what to do.

I can't see you...
Charity held tight to Valk and murmured,"We should go, and fast! I don't want you arrested..."
She watched the officer leave into the house, gun drawn and followed by the other officer. Her eyes showed just how afraid she was at this point.

Rowan glance up at him. He felt his ears turning red. "Okay." His voice was breathless and faint. Rushing up the steps, he let his jacket fall and softly rubbed his sensitive large ears. Grateful to Constantine for helping him.

Constantine finally took the time to look over Rowan's clothes. "Where have you gotten your clothes? They're nearly ripped to shreds."
He walked over to a door on the first floor and knocked, waiting for an answer. "I should buy you some good clothes while I'm at it..." he mused, watching the door with his hands in his pockets.

"I like my clothes." Rowan muttered looking down at himself. "Pretty good for taking them off the street, if you ask me." He pulled his jacket tight to his body. "I just need the hat, okay." He muttered, feeling bad that he was accepting help from a boy he barely knew.

The devil looked back at Rowan and said,"But, you just look so cold wearing so little. I don't want you to suffer like that. You should try getting a job or something, it's easy to get one where you wear a hat all the time."
The door opened and a tall, skinny girl with black and pink hair looked out at Constantine.
"Hon! It's you!" she shouted, jerking open the door and hugging Constantine tightly to her body. "It's been ages!"
Constantine pushed her away and motioned to Rowan. "My friend here is cold and we need to stay here for tonight. Father's dead or dying at this point so we can't stay at my place."
The girl nodded and danced into the house, leaving the door open for the two boys.
"Come on then," he said, smiling back at the fairy.

Rowan stared at where Constantine had been, mildly disappointed.
Problem Number Two with humans, and those living in the human world, was the extreme focus on getting a job and money, which related right back to problem number one.
There was nothing that Rowan needed that he couldn't get through borrowing, or "stealing" as humans would call it.
Forced from this thinking by his body heat dropping, Rowan rushed inside to the warmth.

Constantine closed the door behind Rowan and looked over to see that his friend had already danced her way back to the couch where a black haired boy sat.
"Hi Richard," Constantine said. "Holly, I'm going to take Rowan here to Richard's room so he can warm up with some blankets."
He looked down at Rowan and motioned towards a nearby hallway. "After you, my supposed little elf."
He grinned at Rowan, but it was a soft smile that showed he was only playing around and didn't mean any harm.

"All right then." Valk said as he stood up, as he picked her up and cradled her in his arms. "Ready?" He asked as he dashed off silently off into the forest.

"So... Where are we going to go?" she asked, watching his face.

"Just far enough away so that we can see your house from a safe distance so that we can see when your mother comes home, but so they cant see us." Valk said as he stopped by a tree, and placed her down gently, right by the tree. He then sat down next to Charity, and looked at her for a moment. "I hope they don't come chasing after us." He said as he summoned some fire, to keep them warm.
