I cried when L died....it's just SAD! Without L everything is useless in death note. They need more of L. Me and my best friend stared at L's butt for three hours STRAIGHT, than made a list of who got what with L's body parts and stuff. heart Rem SUCKS I hate her with all my might and wish she was never thought of in death note! When light died I laughed, he gets what he freakin deserved!!!!!!!! Mello is okay, near is awesome, MATSUDA! Is awesome, Misa is a preppy but hilarious at it....Ryuk is Lworthy, and last but not least........I'LL GIVE YOU THE STRAWBERRY IF YOU KEEP IT A SECRET OKAY?!!??!??!?!??! But yeah I love death note and actually it's on in the background TV.

x_Jamais vu_x Death Note after L just isn't the same. I kept on reading just to finish it, but it was nowhere near as captivating I agree with you. L was my favorite part in Death Note. It was still good after that but it wasn't the same. crying

x_Jamais vu_x Vesperis I actually really liked the manga, even after L died. But I agree, it was better before, when L was alive. When Nia(Near) came and took over, it wasnt as exciting but I'm a major Mero(Mello) fangirl so every time he was in a volume my day got whole lot better. I didnt like the ending of the anime though, it strayed from the manga to much =/. But all in all I really enjoyed both the manga and the anime series. the blood in the anime ending (when mikami dies)! It's like somebody suddenly busted a pressured valve! I couldn't help it. I just laughed at the insanity of it Pens are very dangerous.

When L died i couldn't belive my eyes! I mean to have a extreamly important character to just die like "Poof! He's dead!" iS so sad.
