Isaac's hand flew at his own face, "Nose go- Ow!" He smacked himself in the face. "Shoulda saw that coming... Anyway, I'm not it now!" He crouched down and nursed his nose. "Hmm... We're gonna have to cut down on our food if we want it to last... I wonder if we can eat these bug things." "Hay, Jabes," his nose giving him a funny voice, "Do you thig we can eat these?" He asked as he poked one with a foot.

Alwyn didnt even try "ill take first watch" she offeed "tho it would be nice to have company, someone in the ground and ill take to the sky" she said smiling

Alester stayed silent looking at the mittens that had been given to her. at first she had not even thought of them and now she looked at them in astonishment not because they had kept her warm but because someone had thought enough to give them to her in the first place. "ill take watch with you" she replied to Alwyn

With Alwyn and Alester volunteering to take watch, only one person was needed. Luque sighed and took his finger from on his nose. "The blind guy will take watch," he said. Sid chuckled and James rolled his eyes. He dropped his pack to the ground and got out his large blanket. After rustling up some sticks from dead trees relatively nearby, he set up his tent, then proceeded to make one for everybdoy except those three in a circular shape. At Isaac's question, James gave him a quizzical look. "I'm sure they're not poisonous, though I'M not eating one." He sat on the ground and motioned Isaac over. "Hey, could you do us a favor? We kind of need a little fire..."

Isaac nodded, "Got anything to burn? I'm not staying up all night to hold it together... I'd run out of energy too fast.." He walked over to one of the bugs and snapped his fingers, the bug bursting into flames. "If it holds, we can use these I guess..." Some of the bugs were still on fire, others were frozen remnants of before. He picked up the one he had just lit on fire, he sniffed it. Making a face before biting into it. "If I die from these things, note that you should not eat them... Hey... This isn't too bad..." He smiled as he eat the foul smelling bug while throwing the others into the center of their little camp.

Nemoralis looked around, noticing all what was happening around. "There are howlies, and some gorilla-looking things." She told Amaya. She looked around once again, and decided to help anyone who needed it. "Want to go and help them out?" Nemoralis went to check on Daniel first. Can I heal people? You can wish for some one to feel better, but you cannot completly heal them. Nemoralis placed her ring in her pinky once again, I wish for Daniel to heal faster. I also wish for a cloak that does not keep me warm but hides my past from prying eyes. Granted. Nemoralis immediatly took the ring off. A black cloak was in her hand and she placed it on her shoulders. She looked at Daniel, hoping that the wish was having some effect.

((okay, a little feedback required: would you guys enjoy little games dispersed through here like the nose goes thing? i have a couple ideas about little challenges and activities, but i won't use them if you guys don't think you'd enjoy them.))

Luque walked farther from the camp, trying to keep an eye out for anything suspicious. He scanned the plain through UV, the sky shining like a giant black light. He switched to infrared and searched again. Not a single blemish. It seemed to be perfectly fine. He turned back towards the camp and stopped. A spot in the corner of his eye. He turned back and looked as closely as he could. Sure enough, it was something moving towards them. Something warm, as in body-warm. He estimated the size and speed, then ran through the scenarios of what it could be. The only possible explanation was a howlie. But alone? No. Another feeling nagged at the back of his head. There was something that he'd heard of, long ago. A beast that looked like a starved leapord, but six feet tall. This thing coming toward them wasn't six feet tall. He slipped his knives from their sheaths and stood still, awaiting the creature's approach.

Kazeh walked stiffly and slowly, dragging her feet on the ground. Although she was a rather resillient person for her stature, she was not used to having to fight to stay healthy and, well, not dead. It was when, a small while ago, she sensed what she thought was... human. That was her guess, at least. She had discovered when she first got here that somehow, in this strange, unnatural place, she could "feel" creatures, like if they were all thinking aloud. Very aloud. Which is probably one of the few reasons she was still safe... for the moment.
Shaking from cold and lack of food, she walked as fast as she could towards the source. But, something was amiss. She slowed down, trying to see if the thing in the distance was an enemy. But, sure enough, as she got closer, she realized it was, in fact, a human. Just glad it wasn't one of the big creatures, she stumbled as fast as she could towards. When she saw his knives, she quickly instinctively sheilded her self with her arms and halted. NO! Don't hurt me!!!

Luque fell to the ground as the voice pierced through his mind. NO! he heard. Don't hurt me!!! He looked up one last time, making out the shape of the creature. Human?!? he thought to himself.
James looked up at the sound of the thud. Seeing Luque on the ground, he rushed over and knelt beside him. "What's wrong?" he asked. Luque looked at him in confusion.
He could see James' figure in front of him, outlined by his body heat, but everything around him seemed muffled. "Whuffh on?" came the dull lumbering of Jame's voice. "What?" Luque cried. His ears are ringing. But the girl. He had seen the girl. "Go get her!" he shouted into his friend's face. "Go...get...her." He fell unconcious as he reitterated the direction. His head hurt so much.

Isaac looked back, a wing hanging from his mouth. "Wph?" The small fire he had going left to go see what was happening. Spitting out the wing as he ran over to Luque, "What did you do?" He looked up to see James running off, chasing something.

Kazeh scrambled backwards, and finally got up, looking back at the scene. She was panting, and looked rather shaken. "What did I do?! Is... he ok?"

Nemoralis placed her ring back in place, now that she felt safe within the confines of the rough cape. She slid the hood over her head, feeling safer and rather confortable. As she placed the hood, she heard the exchange between James and Luque. Seeing James running toward the distant figure, she knew what to do. Grant me my wish, ring, help Luque heal. Granted. Grant me this wish too, allow me to run fast enough to follow James at a short distance and without growing tierd. ... Granted. It will only last until you stop. Thank you, ring. That way, Nemoralis began following James towards the distant, lone figure.
