Dumbledore-22 -1 because he turned out to be a manipulative/shallow man.
Harry-17 -1 because his ending was like every other hero's ending.
However, I also add 2 because he names his child Severus.
Ron-21 -1 for being a git in Half Blood Prince
Hermione-21 + 1 for just being herself! And also having to take on the role of bellatrix.
Snape-17 +5 for being a good man, in the end.
McGonagall-21 +5 for protecting the children.

Er, Serenity, that's not how you play it. You just take two points from one character and add one to another, not add or subtract points from all characters.
