Crusade felt her feet were off the ground when she raised her haead she saw that she was being carried by pain. "...why did you do that dumbass?" he office was dark and he naginata, med kits, and other ninja gear were tossed in a corner collecting dust. the snake ports were open like always but the snakes sensed the depressing mood and didint come so the ports collected dust. there were filled papaers, and empty papaers scattered everywhere.

Laying Crusade on her bed Pain sat down next to her "becasue you were drunk and you stilla re so just do yourself a favor Crusade and get some rest ok?" Pain said as he looked around the room noticeing all the things that werent being used but decided against saying anything at the moment

"No......I won't sleep......I will not sleep damnit" she sat up and went to her desk and picked up a few empty papers and she picked up her pen and sat at her desk and began to fill out the papers.

"jeez Crusade stop filling out these papers and sleep" Pain said takeing the pen and paper away "i'll do these while you rest ok?" he said to picking her up out of her chair and sitting her down on her bed

" I'm trying my best damnit! It's not easy! Plus I'm not protecting anybody but my snakes! there are no people in this village! This village is the most distant from the others! I can barely see anyone! 13 years of lonlieness! You dont know how it is damnit! You don't know How I My family has been dead since I was a little girl, I never knew my parents, or if i even had siblings!" she looked at him full of sorrow.

Pain looked at Crusade with a shocked expression finally realizeing how similar there lives were,noticeing her face showing nothing but sorrow Pain walked over and sat down next to her and calmly said "you know me and you arent so different after all,my parents were murdered when i was a young boy and i was forced to kill my only brother becasue he was in fact the murderer of my parents....pretty screwed up huh?....so i to grew up without a family just like" he said "but thats something i learned to work past,i found a new family in the friends that i had made and you should do the same regardless of whether or not this village is the most distant from the others you should still try"

Crusade looked at him. " What's the point......i'll never have a family.....and friends.....i dont know the meaning of that word....there's just no point. when you die you die alone. you wont have anyone near you in your grave....you wont die with wordly possesions. I had nobody, and I still don't have anyone i can call my own. I always wanted a family, but there's no point anymore.
