Natalia chose to ignore the comment about her height as she gave Bob a cursory visual inspection. Satisfied she would be able to identify him properly to the guard latter should the need arise. That done she sighed and thought about how best to answer his questions.
"Depending on your occupation I'd suggest just putting up an advertisement on the info net. Or a space port cantina wall if your a mercenary." She said though she didn't honestly believe he did anything combat oriented except maybe get mugged.

with a confused yet innocent look, Doc bob replied, " um....the what? I dont know how to use those... so...how am I supposed to help people relax with the healing powers of occupational hypnotherapy if I can't let people know of my presence. also, how much would that kind of advertisement cost, assuming I could figure out how to get it there?"

"Ten credits if you promise to get out of my way once I put one up for you." Natalia said, curious about how he could be so ignorant. She pushed aside the impulse to ask him about that and pulled out her data pad. Most people would have done this sort of thing for free but as far as she was concerned he was responsible for the registration fee and her very valuable time so he was getting quite a deal.
"I need your name or that of your business, your businesses address or contact number and a description of services or goods that dosent exceed 250 words." She said as she pulled up the cheapest information registry she could think of. (think la times classifieds section online)

after a few minutes of thinking, Doc bob replies, " um, Doctor Bolturan, occupational hypnotherapist. located in the middle of the street about 3 blocks that way. " Doc bob points in the direction of his flying metal death trap.

"What the hell is that thing!" Natalia said, a disturbing range of emotion suddenly playing across her previously placid features.
"It looks like someone put an escape pod in a blender with a hyper booster and a junk yard." Without invitation or pause she started moving toward the heap, shoving her way through anyone who got in her way. The thing was simply to interesting for her to care about anything else, even her personal safety.

quickly following her, doc bob manages to slip in and around the crowd with a strange degree of grance, weaving in and out through holes most people (even his hieght) would be too big to get thought. " wait! dont touch it! I have a security system in place!"

((this is it for me today, bye))
Natalia stopped short of actually touching the makeshift craft and began furiously looking up everything she could about its visible parts and there manufactures.
"Oh my gosh, I can't believe this thing moves." She said, child like glee clear on her face.
"How did you manage to get the power systems to interface without overloading? According to the factory information they should have become slag the first time you fired up the booster...or is this just a display piece, you know concept art or something?" She was practically glowing with delight as she continued cataloging and researching the exposed parts, which there were quite a lot of.

Doc bob blinks as he realizes the person he's talking to actually understands his ship. " well....mostly I used anything I could scavange, and a few pieces took me a year or so to make by hand.... since I only had some basic prints for things like the hyperdrive and shields, I had to take the escape pod apart and fully rebuild it piece by piece, so that I could make an accurate blueprint. as for the boosters and why they didnt melt, well, the first booster I hooked up did....and when I realized this...well, I made sure to scavange any useful parts from it and work with the other pieces I had left, through dumb luck I was able to make a complex web of power conduction, thus reducing the amount of heat on each individual route while maintaining a constant power output consistent with the origional design of the engines. the shields were the most problematic to integrate, because I don't have enough power generation to keep the shields, sublight drives and life support all going at full power at once. so I generally have to have the shields at around half power to keep my life support going and the sub lights at a reasonable pace. by the way....how did you know which engines I used?"

((technobabble debate! whooooo! rofl note: most of the parts on his ship are simply unique and hand made. thus, if they appeared in the database, it would be like a part with a strange twist. ))

((haha, the librarian hasn't noticed I'm on the computer still ^_^))((the part about your ships parts is duely noted ^_^))
"I specialized in classic engines, though its my hobby not my job. Not a lot of people have anything like this anymore or care about repairing them." Without so much as blinking she tore the box she had been carrying open and pulled out the previously carefully packaged blaster. It was a lovely bit of work, having begun its life as a standard off the line carbine pistol it was now completely customized from its grip to overall weight to accommodate its owner and decorated with an elegant bit of scroll work. The more serious modifications and Natalia's true pride was it lower energy pull on the power cell. She had managed to give it ten more shots then normal without sacrificing any significant amount of power.
"I run an upgrade, modification and repair shop. Most of my work is with small arms like this but I was trained to work with ships and get to dabble from time to time." She said with a bright smile.

Doc Bobs face lit up like a christmas tree when he say the blaster, and heard the explanation, " I really am lucky! the first person I meet that doesnt try to mug me is a techie!" with a hearty laugh he stares at the blaster pistol, " where I'm from none of the blasters survived...we mostly made do with sparing use of vibro blades and good old fashioned durasteel...its really a wonder to see such fine craftsmanship..."

Stepping out of the Jedi Temple, Sephiroth walked briskly through the packed streets of Coruscant, accompanied by Fina. His favorite cantina was fair walk away, and not in the safest area either, but they served a good drink. The most important thing about this cantina was, due to it being in such a rough area, there was almost never anyone in there. They could talk openely without anyone overhearing.

"I'm Natalia summers." Natalia smiled brightly as she handed him a card with all of the pertinent data for her business on it. That accomplished she repacked the blaster before any passersby could get nervous and sic the guard on her. She had all of the paper work and permits for the gun but she didn't feel like cooling her heals in containment for a couple hours while they made sure it wasn't a forgery.
Her cheerfulness abruptly ended like she had a faulty personality chip when she noticed a Jedi walking down the sidewalk. She had nothing against the order but they made her kind of twitchy. She was straight up tech in her views of the world and there force granted abilities didn't really mesh with them. That and she wanted to get her hands on a light saber so bad it was like a physical pain. Just thinking about what she could do to one made her seriously wish she had been born an adept despite not agreeing with almost 90% of there views.

Noticing Natalia's end of cheerfulness, Doc bob turns around, looking for the source of anxiety and spotting Seph. he asks, " um....is he bothering you, ms. natalie?" then, with an innocent smile he says, " perhaps I should call him over here and we can have a nice session of hypnotherapy to fix that?"

((note: seph would probably spot doc bob as a force sensitive. of course, it's still all up to you sweatdrop ))

Natalia looked at Bob as if he had lost his mind then sighed remembering her initial impression of him and sighed. He was either the godfather of all newbie tourist or mentally handy capped.
"Nah. Jedi just make me a little nervous, along with anything else that can bend physics over and sodomize it." She said, mumbling the last bit as she rubbed the back of her head with one hand. She might have been trying to smooth her short hair but all she did was make a mess of it.

Just barely catching the part of bending physics, Bob strokes his chin in deep thought, " bend physics you say......what is a jedi? I've never heard much about them other than stories that I thought were fairy tales...."
