Well I'm sorry if I cant post on 20 rp's at once, along with my other stuff I have to do during the day>.< I'll be posting in SS shortly.))
McGonagull reappered what seemed like moments later. She stared sternly at the first years, her eyes demanding silence as she waited for the excited chatter to die down. "Now, I know many, probably all of you have your questions, but you must wait for them to be answered. Now, if you will follow me into the Great hall the ceromony will begin shortly." As the final words left her mouth she turned once more and pushed open the doors to the huge dining area, decorated extravageatly for the first years arrival. Dumbledore, along with other Hogwarts staff members were seated at a table rest at the other end of the hall from where McGonagall entered. Directly, only a few feet in front of the staff table a single chair with an old wizard's hat rested.
((I assume it was the great hall the she had entered in your post Spunky, if not I'll edit this. Also I'll be Harry if you need.))

((No, you were right, that's good. And would you please be Harry? That would be great... even if you have twenty other RPs. Sheesh, I hope you're not taking on any new ones.))
Ron peeked at the hat around McGonagall, being at the front of the crowd of first years. "What is that supposed to be?" he murmured in disbelief at he raggedy old hat. His second-hand robes looked in better condition than that, and that was saying something.
Anna also tried to stretch he neck a bit to see what everyone was muttering about, but she was so far back in the crowd, and rather short, so it was a lost cause. She settled for just standing and letting herself walk with the class, once they got started.

Suki stood still, letting everybody walk by her so she can be in the back. She looked down at her feet staring blankly as she waited. She looked up as she saw the last pair of shoes go by and began walking toward the doors, prepared for whatever is coming.

Suki stops before going into the Great Hall. Turns on her heels and runs off down the corridor screaming.

The scream caught his attention. He noticed a few other students who heard it, but most seemed uninterested with the sorting started. Casually and carefully, trying not to draw attention to himself, he slunk out of the great hall, to see what caused the scream. He was greeted by a first year running past him. HE caught her arm to keep her from leaving, gentle so as not to hurt her, but firm enough that she probably wouldn't get away, either. "What's wrong?" he asked. "The sorting is that way."

"Weirdos, there's always one of them every few years." Fred muttered to his twin. "Hey..." George only saw a glimpse of the girl running, but it was enough to pique his curiosity, "Isn't that that girl we talked to on the train?" "Yeah..." Fred quickly recognized her as well. "She didn't seem mad... oh well." he shrugged. "Look, they're finally starting."
"When I call your name," rang out the voice of the stern professor from before, "Please come forward and take a seat until your house is decided. Hannah Abbot..."
Anna jumped out of the way as Suki shot past her screaming. She looked after in a mixture of startled shock. Was she alright? She noticed the boy sneak out after her. She heard the professor start calling out names. She should stay, and listen... She prayed for Suki's well-being.

(Sorry, nobody was doing anything...)
She looks up at the boy, tears in her eyes. "I'm sorry, I don't know what has come over me..." She turns back to the great hall. "I'm not mad, so don't even think it! I don't even remember what was happening..." She looked down awkwardly then walked back into the great hall, trying to remember what she was doing before she ran off screaming...

"It's just nerves," he told her as she was walking off. "If you've heard anything about the Sorting that's frightening you, don't believe it. Its simple, painless, and easy, and all the Houses are fine. Even half of what they say about Slytherin is hype. Just relax, and you'll be fine." Walking casually back to his seat, sure that he had barely been noticed (was he ever noticed?), he sat down in his seat once more and waited for the Sorting to finish.

She looked back over her shoulder to the boy who helped her feel more relaxed. What a nice guy, she thought, turning back to the front, ready to take on the hat. She let out a sigh as the list of names seem to go on and on and she soon grew impatient, looking around the room, absorbing the surroundings.."I hope it doesn't always look like this..." She whispered to herself.

He looked up and saw her waiting for her turn. It was refreshing to see that there were indeed some decent first years coming through this year. Last year had been nothing special, and his year was nothing short of terrible (although many of them had learned to mind themselves). "Be nice to have her in Gryffindor," he said out loud, sure that no one would hear him. "Maybe I'd have a decent in-house friend..." He shook his head. "Even if she isn't Gryffindor, don't lose touch," he scolded. "Nice people are too hard to find."

She began to tap her foot, waiting for her name to be called. I can't wait to get in a house. Maybe I'll be in Gryffindor, that guy was really nice..It would be great to have a friend in this castle. She looked around and saw Anna on the outskirts of the first years and she slipped over to her side. "Hey. You haven't gotten a house yet." She said, more of a statement than a question.

((I guess I'll just skip through main characters, we know where they go anyway, and keep ours short. Hey Rakunya, you think you could play teachers?))
Anna looked at Suki uncertainly, her scream still echoing loud and clear. She shook her head in answer to the question. "No... I'm still not sure which one I-"
"Suki Kinomoto." rang out McGonagall's voice.

((Yeah, PM me about it. Do I need to play all of the teachers or just some of them? Also, Spunky, in case it wasn't obvious, Smash Bros. died. I'll try to revive it later, but I've a few more important things right now, like school (yay, midterms are done!) and a Digimon RP I'm obsessing over starting. But yes, I'm on nearly every day, so I can run teachers.))
Alex had been decidedly uninterested in the Sorting until he happened to glance the screaming first year cross the stage. "Suki," he whispered. "Beautiful name." He looked at the Sorting with interest, wondering both which house she would be in and why he cared so much.

( ::feels like such a newb because she can barely play her own character and everybody else is doing more...:: crying Am so sorry, I wish I could do more...)
Suki looked at Anna. "Here I go..." she mumbled. She started up toward the professor, blushing faintly as she sat down on the stool. She took a deep breath as the hat was placed on her head. She scanned the Great Hall, feeling everybody's eyes on her. Well, this is comforting...she thought.
