Roy shook his hands outwards, ridding himself of the water on his gloves, although it was a fruitless feat. "Nothing we can do, Lieutenant." Roy was smoldering inside. He was angry enough to set the whole base on fire, if he had any less self control, and if he wasn't completely useless in the rain. Once his gloves had gotten wet, he'd be kaput until he was dry again.

Shadow clapped his hands and touched roy, causing all the water to fall from him. "rain water is in my jurestiction too."

Roy sighed heavily, a sigh he knew Riza would recognize as he always did it when he was downhearted. He looked over to Shadow and nodded his thanks, then continued on inside to his office without a word, already scheming up what he could do to catch up to the ones who did the deed.

Roy plopped down at his desk, heaving into the chair like there was no tomorrow. He thanked Shadow for the coffee and then downed it in one gulp. He really needed it after all of that.

*pulls his bike out while he runs out of the workshop followed by a loud boom only to run into the rain* "Alright so that was a very bad idea and WHY IS THERE SO MUCH DAMN RAIN?" *runs for cover trying to think of where the nearest intact workshop is*

Riza pulls out a neatly folded uniform from one of her lower desk drawers and heads towards the nearest washroom, she'd have to change sooner rather than later so she could start gathering the paperwork this situation would need. She wondered how much there could possibly be
