Liv tried to lift her head to look at Jacob as he was dragged in, "Jacob!" she struggled against the straps.

Above all else, Liv hated being strapped down or tied by anything. It was her greatest fear. She hated feeling like she couldn't sit up or get free. Being forced to stay on her back was the worst, and she was headed for full hysterics. She started to hyperventilate, her cheeks covered in pitiful tears. She pleaded to be unstrapped. She could feel herself becoming light-headed from all of her anxiety, and she didn't know if she would stay awake much longer.

Addie looked from Jacob to Isaiah to Livv finally. She wanted to come along, to help Jacob, but she knew that the best thing would be to keep Livv and Jacob together. "J-Jack..don't worry... every one will be fine..you'll be fine..." She tried to comfort him, wanting to keep him close to his friend. "Kaito..? What are you doing..? What are you going to do to them...?" She asked, unsure. The doctor had always been demented in ways. He'd always loved to experiment, and he always got carried away. If it weren't for her keeping an eye on him, then surely the three that were being strapped down would leave with extra limbs.

If the situation hadn't been so dire, Kiah would have laughed at how ridiculous she must look. She'd managed to track down a room full of cleaning supplies and grabbed a large bucket, locating the nearest bath house and filling it with water. Going back and forth between the flaming room and the baths was probably the stupidest thing she'd ever done, but what else could she do? She coughed a bit loudly, trying to get the smoke out of her lungs throwing another bucketful of water on the papers. When she stumbled out of the room again she saw that the scientists had arrived at the scene, carrying with them what looked like a giant cannon.

Between the three of them, Johnny, Cash, and Russle shoved one of their earlier inventions toward the file room. Johnny was a bit out of breath, but when he saw Kiah coming out of the door tripping over her feet and looking a bit singed, he instantly felt like he should have tried harder.

"Come on guys! Just a little further!" He yelled, putting all of his weight into it. Although Kiah looked like she was about to fall over, she helped get the cannon into the room, mumbling something along the lines of "this better work."

Liv struggled even more, and winced as both of her wrists were punctured. She tried not to watch but she wanted to know what was happened. Why was she being hooked up to Isaiah and Jacob? What were they doing to her? It had become painfully obvious they weren't killing her. She continued to cry, smashing her head against the table repeatedly. God...please, what is happening... She kept whimpering.

"It's our new and improved Water Cannon! The, ah, second one." Johnny added with a sheepish look, coughing a bit when they managed to get it into the room. "We haven't exactly tried it out yet, but I'm sure this one won't explode."

Kiah was glad to see Jack, along with Mizaka behind him, and waved a bit in relief. She was leaning against the cannon in exhaustion, sleeve still over her face, when a dark aura surrounded her at the younger scientists words. "What. Did. You. Say?" She glared at the scientists darkly, noticing Cash and Russle messing with the machine pointedly, like they didn't want to look at her. "You mean to tell me this hasn't been tested. And the last one exploded."

Johnny attempted to remain calm under Kiah's rage, fearing the girl at that moment. "Well, I mean, we're almost positive this will work!" He gulped and turned around to avoid her piercing glare, still feeling it hot on his back.

Jacob struggled more, as Addie stepped away to read the files. Kaito waited. Jacob watched addie coming back over to his side. "k-kitten no....i don't-...i don't want to be with her you're wrong....please....kitten-" Jacob winced and bit his lip as Kaito stuck the needle into Jacob's own wrist. Now both of the bonds brothers were connected to liv.

"time to get started....the less Jacob resists...the easier it will be" Kaito informed Addie and he reached into isaiah's mind and pulled for his noah form. A small trickle of dark matter traveled the length of the tube towards Liv. Kaito then walked over to Jacob to do the same. Jacob winced and fought as hard as he could not to let Kaito pull his noah out, but it was useless. He found his hand gripping out for addie's as his noah was forcefully ripped out and it took over, jsut long enough to send another small stream of dark matter towards liv through the tube. Jacob was released and left to watch what would happen to liv....

Jack's heart sank when he heard Johnny and Kiah's words. He looked at the cannon, then at the humbling scientists, then back at the cannon.

"OH NO!" He pointed a finger at them. "I've seen enough of Edison's failed experiments to know where this is going!" Mizaka finally caught up behind him, wheezing and out of breath.

"What's...going...on...?"

"TAKE COVER!" Jack pushed her to the floor and used himself as a shield as he prepared for the worst.
