The brooms' attempts to get Kiah out of their way soon proved to be idle. Frustrated (or they could have felt frustration had they been, again, sentimental creatures), the cleaning supplies tried a different maneuver in getting their obstacle to move. Levitating at the side of her curled-up body, the brooms swung themselves back like wooden baseball bats and struck Kiah with their combined forces.

SMACK!

The force of their hit caused the curled-up Kiah to violently roll down the hallway like a human bowling ball before colliding right into a wall.

Jack's eyes lit up even more as the door opened and he heard addie's voice. "k-kitten!?" he rushed inside to find her. He was surprised the earl had let her come to help them. Maybe it was his reward for not overdoing things this time.

Izzy let liv inside first, then came in after her. "great timing addie. Thanks for the shortcut...the sooner we get this file back to the mansion, the sooner we can get things over with...who would have thought this whole silly attack on the order was for the documents in this file...it was all just a cover up to stop them from destroying the files before we could get to them" he explained.

"kitten?...where are you anyway...?" jacob asked. He'd been in her world enough times to know they were getting closer to the mansion now. It wouldn't be long before the arrived and she hadn't shown her physical form. "...are you waiting at the mansion?" he asked, wondering why she wouldn't come out to meet them

Splayed out at the end of the hallway, Kiah was too dazed to move for a few minutes, having slammed head first into the wall. She sat up soon after and held her head, feeling it pound to the beat of her heart, and looked over at her attacker slowly. She was very close to crying in frustration and embarrassment, seeing only brooms, which were moving.. by themselves. Standing up and blinking at them, she started laughing weakly, making sure to stay out of their way. She was fully convinced that she was hallucinating at this point and made her way to her room, knowing she wouldn't be able to function if she didn't sleep. That plan was interrupted, however, when she smelled smoke from something burning down the hall...

Addie didn't show herself yet, in fact she didn't show herself all through the trek, though in reality they didn't have to walk at all, considering they could just appear at the other side of the door and be at home. Answering Jacob with a nod, and then realizing no one could see her, she replied with a "yes, I'm at home... the Earl was in a rush and asked me to help..he wants that file as soon as possible." She explained, the same door opening again and letting them out into the mansion. With them there, Addie on the other side, she reached out and asked for the file, wanting to bring it to the Master herself.

"I'll bring it to him quickly.. you can all wait here." She smiled reaching for it and taking the item from those who had stolen it. "Master Earl said you could all rest for now." She left just as quickly as her door had appeared and she ran up the stairs, hustling about to get her own mission done. "Someone will be down soon to make sure no one is injured~"
