Put X 3/1 black Horror creature tokens onto the battlefield with “Sacrifice this creature: This creature deals X damage to target creature or player where X is the number of creatures that left the battlefield this turn.”
If X is 5 or greater, destroy all non-Horror permanents on the battlefield.

I got Sire to help him make the stuff more clearer. Since I knew I wasn't making any sense.
He wants to make a character that can manipulate gravity, so I knew I wouldn't be able to talk him through the more conventional character creation means.
