(( Lol you're silly, that's not what happened c: Liv told Jacob to go away and she took Lavi back herself, and she didn't lock him anywhere~
Also, the Earl really wouldn't want Cross dead, they need him >.> But okay :'D ))
Liv had been gathering some belongings from her room in the Order, to take back to the mansion, when she heard the commotion. She dropped her things and swallowed a little, but then balled up her fists. She had a determined look on her face when she found Jacob, but it was quickly dispelled when she saw Jacob in his rage. She stood there quietly some 20 feet behind him, not sure what to do. She settled on crossing her arms and clearing her throat.

Jacob turned around sharply, a cold hatred in his eyes, but something else as well...a small spark of pain. Though Jacob was in his rage fueled and blood thirsty riot, his normal self, his human self, was in there too, and even he was hurt by the betrayal. "YOU!!" he shot a flame at her and it jutted by, missing her by centimeters, but leaving a trail of warmth across her skin and singing a bit of her hair, "YOU b***h!! you betrayed us!? you betrayed the family that took you in and accepted you?! WE NEVER SHOULD HAVE LET TYKI KEEP YOU AROUND AS HIS BELOVED LITTLE PET! his damn love of humans...has gone and ******** up everything!!! EVERYTHING!!"

Liv uncrossed her arms and twitched as the flame flew past her. She rubbed her arm where it was warmed, frowning. When she heard Jacob's words, her eyes turned angry.
"Accepted? Accepted? I will NEVER be accepted by the Family!" she screamed, her fists balled and her arms straight against her sides, "YOU DIDN'T WANT ANYTHING TO HAPPEN TO THEM EITHER, JACOB!! But you still did it!! I know you HAD to, but I DON'T! I love the entire Family Jacob and you know it. I even love Lulubell, who looks at me like I'm nothing more than a piece of trash in the mud! But I have my friends, too. You know, the ones who actually want me."

Jacob flinched, and it was clear that Jacob hadn't taken those words lightly. Jacob and his noah, since he wasn't fully intent on being part of the noah family, hadn't formed as one entity yet. His human self could fight for control over his bonds self, but he didn't always win out...sometimes he even relied on his bonds self, like when he had to fight his friends, because it was easier than having to be the conscious mind in the matter. Liv's words had reached the human part of Jacob...the part who did love liv as a part of his family. Jacob's grin turned darker as the human part of him subsided in his struggle to take control back. "big mistak liv...that was your one bargaining chip" he said coldly. He lit a flame. It was a normal looking fire...an orange-red color, a fire that was simply used to be manipulated and to burn. The flame took the shape of a sword and Jacob began to walk towards her, his intentions clear in his eyes...

Liv started backing away, a hint of fear lighting in her eyes, "You won't hurt me, Jacob...I know you won't, " she said it with confidence, even if she was still a little afraid.
"What reason do you have, anyway? You have nothing to gain from hurting me," she gave him a serious stare.

"oh but i will....you see i have nothing to gain but a pleasure in knowing i burned the garbage that has been lying around....while if i let you liv...well then i have nothing to gain but more betrayals...." he offered simply, cruelly. Jacob slashed out at Liv with his flaming blade quickly, cutting and burning her arm at the same time. He grinned as he watched the pain on her face from the searing and sliced wound. "you took away the fun I had torturing that general...so now i'm going to have some fun playing around with you...but don't think i'll end you quickly with the grey flame....you aren't worth that sort of fire...i'll stick to the basics i think...." he grinned darkly
((liv...jack's gonna play around with you a while before my plan is ready for action....so try not to get killed kay ^_^ hahahah))

Liv gasped as her arm got seared by the blade. She wanted to hold it to her, but touching it would make the pain worse. She grimaced from the pain of it, but bit her lip stoically. She wasn't going to give him the satisfaction. She ignored all of his harsh insults and backed away in a different direction, just shaking her head.
"Do whatever the ******** you want to me, Jacob. I don't care anymore. I betrayed this version of you, but MY Jacob...no matter what, I will always care for him. You're just a terrible side-effect of something out of his control, " her voice was quiet, "MY Jacob....he would never want to hurt me. He would never want our friends to be hurt, either. That I know."

Jacob seemed to falter a moment, but his cold eyes remained fixed on her. "...i won't let you win girl....YOUR jaocb is merely a human...even he can't overpower me...." he lashed out again at her, swinging for her side this time, hoping to cut her open and let her innards fall out, but he was just toying with her, leaving her pleanty of room to block his deathly strikes with a less important part of herself...giving him more time to satisfy his sadistic pleasure. He continued slicing at Liv's exposed skin, burning her again and again. He kicked his suddenly and knocked her to the ground. He was about to bring his blade down on her for a killing strike when suddenly the sound of metal hitting metal sounded.
"Jacob....what the hell are you doing?!" a calm voice sounded. Isaiah stood just in front of liv, a small blade of a soft blue color made a sword in his own hand to counter Jacob's.
Jacob glared at isaiah, but he stepped back away from the raven haired boy. "what the ******** are you doing here?" he asked in an annoyed tone.
"i came to stop you from doing something your other half would regret....go back to sleep and let him be....this isn't a fight you need to be involved in... you're only here for when things get serious...no need to kill her...and there are a lot of family members who would never forgive you...aside from tyki...there is road...and yourself as well...." he glared deep into jacob's golden yellow eyes. Isaiah wasn't in his noah form, but he was jacob's other bonds...the other brother.
"....whatever...she's no fun anyway...." the noah jacob said with a pout. Jacob's skin paled and the white haired boy fell to the floor, unconscious, as he struggled with reality.
