Speaking of neural impulses, I hope my explanation helps Cole's brain grasp the concept of our fight better.

How fast does a neural impulse fire? . =;

To all of you:
The unspoken rule of movement is "visibility". Whether it's a jog, run, or a blur.
But if you move 'so fast you won't even see me cross the distance before it's too late', then I call it as 'instantaneous'. Though I'm totally alright with "I run like blurring".
As for Cziri:
X (read - universe) distance in X (read - more or less a factor of 10 away from absolutely nothing) time means that moving at that speed for any period of time larger than an instant would put him a few solarsystems away.
Which is ring out.
Additionally, the G force of acceleration/deceleration on such a movement would be enough to collapse stars.
It's teleportation.

Pfft, theres a difference between leaving a 150ft long blur while moving ungodly fast through time dialation and instant transmission. XDDD Plus, I was rather sure he knew Lyger could keep up. >.> Meh, gtg, class is over.

Yes. Instant transmission involves becomming light particles.

I thought he was "the avatar of a sleeping god"? You know, to avoid the uncomfortable looks he'd imagine people would give him if he just straight-out made his character a god like we all know he really wants to.
...I feel like I'm spamming.

The thing is, super-blurry-fast movement, in my mind, has so many uber-risky repercussions, that it should be made legal. Stopping is(/should be) damn near impossible on most surfaces, and if it's one of the surfaces where you can stop, generally your feet get mad burnt.
Plus, if you stick out a leg, they might trip and get flung across the arena, and that's just plain awesome.

Imperfect-Chaos By the way jello, I won't be posting as the crowd in your fight any more I just thought it was funny at the time. lol There was a problem? - Gods are not exempt from the rules. - Freezing a person in time so that it LOOKS like you moved really fast is sort of a loophole that shouldn't be abused. - Super-blurry-movement makes no difference to the person using it, haven't you noticed? They're not even walking at that point, it's self-propulsion through energy manipulation or whatever (read: DBZ flight). Clearly, not only are they untrippable due to not needing to have to actually walk to truly move, but they can stop on a dime, and suffer no negative effects due to the TREMENDOUS G forces placed upon their bodies during all this. None of the organ-squishing, or even bone-crushing forces that come into play have any say in what happens. Clearly.

But that's not the rules of super-blurry-movement, or SBM as it shall forever be known as, it's just the general tendencies of the jerkbags who use super-blurry-movement, or SBM as it was just recently named. I think if people actually put a little more thought into the idea of moving so fast that you dissappear, then it would be a lot more widely appreciated.
Then again, I do believe that reality is allowed to be stabbed if you're trying to do something cool.
And now... I don't know what my opinion is, anymore.
EDIT: Oh, sarcasm. Heh, whoops.
