"You're like Mommy," the girl blurted out before Lavi could shut the door.
She rolled onto her stomach, pushing the kitten way from her so as not to squish it. She kicked her legs up a little, resting her chin in her hands as she looked at him intently. A little smile played up the corners of her lips and she continued to stare at him.
"Did they capture you, too? But then..." she frowned a little, thinking, "that doesn't explain why you'd be wandering around..."
The girl was obviously not intending to hurt Lavi. She liked to learn, and play games. She wanted to play with Lavi for a little, and find out more about the mysterious human stranger.

He froze when the little girl spoke up. He frowned slightly, wondering who her mommy was, but her next words pushed that thought right out of his mind and made his heart skip a beat. He shuffled into her room a bit, looking at her curiously. This was the first time he'd heard anything about Sil since he started looking, and even though he was still unsure about what this girl's deal was, he was going to try and find out where she was being kept. The girl didn't seem to have much ill-intent and if she hadn't just been flying a kitten around the room with her mind, he'd have thought she was a human.
"I wasn't captured, no." He admitted, staying a safe distance away from her. He paused for a second before continuing, smiling at her again. "What's your name?"

"What's yoouuurrr name?" the girl responded with a question.
She thought she knew his name already. From what Liv had told her of her Exorcist friends, he reminded her of someone Liv had talked of a lot.
"If you weren't captured, then what are you doing wandering around our Mansion?" the girl gave him a penetrating stare, but she still acted completely innocent.

His smile faltered a little when she threw his question right back at him. He didn't really feel like telling her his name. He was known to the Noah as an Exorcist. If she didn't know what he was already, she might find out then. He decided to skip past that and went on to her next question.
"I was... invited." He said, thinking that was true, in a sense. "By a friend."

"You're lying," she shot back at him quickly, "And it's okay, you don't have to tell me...because I already know~" she mused.
She got to her feet and brushed her skirt off before clasping her hands behind her back, starting to walk around him in circles. She looked him over as she continued to walk, smiling innocently.
"Short red hair...eye patch...yes, Mommy told me about you....Laaavi~" she stopped in her tracks, pausing.
Suddenly, she leaped at him, throwing her little arms around him in a hug. She stood on her toes and looked up at him, "You're Mommy's friend! She said you're really nice~"

His stomach sank when she announced he was lying and he tracked her movements nervously as she circled him. Once again, he wondered who her mother was and his body tensed up when she suddenly leapt up at him for a hug. Looking down at her, he finally realized who her mother was when he properly saw her eyes, together with what she was saying. He sighed a little in relief and his body relaxed.
"Liv... Liv is your mommy..." He laughed a little. He had never known Liv had a daughter, but he could see the resemblance now that he properly looked at the little girl in front of him.

The girl nodded, "She didn't tell you? Silly Mommy....why are you really here? You shouldn't be here...if they find out you know they'll kill you.."
The girl let go of Lavi and continued to look at him. She raised her hand up to his face, holding it out to shake, "My name is Luci by the way."

Lavi smiled a little as he shook the girl's small hand. "Nice to meet you, Luci."
"I'm here for the girl they captured. I need to take her back home." He told her a little urgently, realizing he'd spent too much time here already. He was hoping that she, like her mother, would help him. "She's a friend of your mommy, too." He added for good measure.

"Are you talking about the one with the pretty hair like mine? She had a broken arm when she came in," Luci frowned a little.
She thought for a moment, about what she knew they were doing to Sil. She had yet to be truly corrupted, and she stuck her tongue out in a "yuck" fashion, thinking of it. She knew where Sil was being held, and if what Lavi said was true, she knew Liv certainly would want her to help Lavi.
"I know where she is...I can take you there, but you can't tell my Daddy," she gave him a serious look before grabbing his hand and tugging him out into the hall.
"It's really mean what they're doing to her...she's such a pretty lady," she added, completely unaware of how her words might affect Lavi.
