I've been concerned about how over powered Sand has been for quite a while, Shin. I could care less as to whether or not they were imported from another guild. Observing a poorly executed attempt to poison Kirigakure has raised my concerns over the process of instigating war, and how Suna has the power (due to these imported OCs) to essentially annihilate anyone.
As of right now, I can only think of who would be the best possible opponent to ensure I cut Sand's power, if need be. >>

The "poisoning" was just for a mission AandOE wanted to give me... I think.
From my past experiences with them, they both don't really attack anywhere outside of the village unless attacked.
Though be careful when you try to attack Suna >_> Dey don't take kindly to that kind of thing 0_0
