VanRiku The Grass Kage does not get a vote.
That's because we use a formula to figure out if you pass (4/7 votes with YOUR kage counting as 2 votes that you can't pass without)
This way the % of the votes that belong to your own kage is just under 1/3rd (28.5714%)

The reason I did it the way I did was because it requires you to get your Kage's approval (which is still under 1/3rd of the vote) AND then get above half the total votes possible (4/7 is 57.14% which is the closest over 50%).

Math makes sense... just not to me.
I dated a mathematician for a bit. (Like she had a degree in mathematics from ASU)

lol been waiting since thurs night to post as Inochi. I did training a little before hand (just to pass the time while I waited because I knew I could train after I got out) and ended up doing like 2.6k training XD
Inochi now has his 2nd element (Lightning biggrin ), a D-Rank personal-range "sonic boom" to go with it, and half of shadow clone done. (He is gonna use it to make his own A-Rank technique at jonin biggrin )
