I went and looked over your bio already. Just something I do when a new recruit arrives. It's a habit. Anywho, I just find it odd, is all. It seems that all Lucario required human intelligence (already has it), and the ability to talk. Though, couldn't Lucario already talk using something along the lines of telepathy? Oh well. *shrugs*

Perhaps... perhaps one morning you walk into HQ as a human with Lucario parts and characteristics? A hybrid overnight, mysterious change that you could then figure out later to wrap up what happened? Why must everyone try a sneak attack against me? Especally when I have Xatu - a Psychic-type capable of reading the future - standing right next to me!
And yup, it is a Will-o-wisp. But by now you've probably read my reply. Enjoy healing Banette's burn!
Edit: Okay... I now wish to see a Will vs Lucian battle play out in the Anime. Two Elite Four members, both specialists of Psychic Pokemon, battling it out.

And it's good that you finally remembered Elite Four Will. Some other epic matches I'd like to see:
Phoebe vs Agatha
Lance vs Drake
Cynthia vs Blue
Koga/Janine vs Byron/Roark
Charizard vs Magmar
Okay, I know that last one's been done already. But I like that battle. I just want to see it again.

Some other epic matches I'd like to see: Phoebe vs Agatha Lance vs Drake Cynthia vs Blue Koga/Janine vs Byron/Roark Charizard vs Magmar Okay, I know that last one's been done already. But I like that battle. I just want to see it again. Here are my predictions on these matches: Agatha because her Pokémon are 20 levels higher. Lance has this one in the bag. Lv. 72 Dragonite vs Lv. 50(?) Salamence Close call. I wanna go with Blue on this one, though. He always came across as a better Champion. Byron and Roark have this one. Their team's got ground types to decimate Koga and Janine's poison Pokémon.
