Cross hadn't spoken to anyone in recent days, since Sil had been taken. His shock at what had happened and his inability to do anything about it had him in an emotional turmoil. If he ever saw anyone though, he certainly didn't show the signs of his weakness. He blamed himself for everything that had happened, and his heart was heavier in his chest than it had ever been. He had no way to rescue Sil from the grasp of the Noah, and he knew that her time in the mansion would not be anything short of living hell.
With Sil in Lulubell's grasp, she was in for certain torture. They would try to get information from her, information on him and information on his projects. He had been smart not to tell her anything solid about the plans, but the Noah wouldn't believe she knew nothing. As his apprentice, they would assume she would know more about him than anyone else. And...they were right, in a way. She did know more about him than anyone, but he was careful not to burden her with deadly information.
Were they trying to lure him into their grasp, using her? Certainly. But he could not go. He didn't have a choice, and it ate at him inside. He still loved her, despite how he had been hurt. She was still everything to him, despite it all. He would show on the outside that he was okay, he would remain stoic. He would pretend to be past her, past their love, burying himself in the metaphorical bosom of a past love...Anita.
But he had never wanted to settle with Anita, not like he wanted with Sil. He had no choice...Something was amiss, too. He could see it in Sil, he could see the change. Everything he had done, with the letter to Lavi, urging him. Cross was a smart man, and inside he was denying what the depths of his mind already knew to be true. She had loved him from the start anyway...
Cross hobbled through the halls of rubble in silent reverie. He wished he were numb, but no such luck. The little pain left in his leg was nothing compared to all he felt in his heart and soul. He was worried about Sil; he knew they weren't going to kill her, not when they needed to lure him. But that didn't stop them from doing all manner of other terrible things to her...they could force her to relive some of her worst nightmares...and he couldn't be there to stop them.
His thoughts ran in circles as he entered the empty, half-destroyed Common Room. He hobbled around piles of broken stone to his throne, sinking down onto it. He sat there for a long time in the quiet, covering his eyes with his palm, resting his head in his hand.

Liv had been terribly on edge since the war had begun. She wasn't allowed at any of the official meetings, and she hadn't seen Tyki once. She was bitter and angry. Road had even been assigned to babysit her of all things. Road had been gleefully dressing her up like a porcelain doll, while Liv merely sat there with her arms crossed. At least someone was having a good time...
Liv was sitting there for the umpteenth time, Road playing with her hair, when she heard voices in the hall. She paused a little; she really wanted to know something, anything.
"I have to go to the bathroom, Roady...I'll be right back," she pulled her hair from the Noah's hands with a silent 'ow' and headed to the hallway.
Peeking out, she saw Lulubell and Jacob just turning a corner. She pursued. Keeping quiet, she followed a good distance behind them, just enough so she could still hear what they were saying.
"Now that we've captured the General's girl, we should be able to get some decent information. I can't wait to lay my hands on her...that little..." Lulubell made a sound like she was steeling herself, holding back from saying something nasty.
Liv's eyes widened. They had captured Sil, and they were going to do terrible things to her. She tried not to cry, her eyes watering and threatening to spill over. She continued to listen intently, pushing back her emotions. She needed to hear this.
"What will you do now, Jacob? You can't forget the Earl's threat..." Lulubell questioned him.

Hey Liv!!! ))
Kiah was getting very irritated with anyone who looked like they weren't doing something useful. She could feel a white hot burning in her stomach, along with the flush in her face, although she kept her rage to herself. It wouldn't do to snap and be forced into her room for rest, even if she hadn't slept since the first attack. She attempted to take a calming breath and left with her small sandwich, going back to the hallway where the latest attack had been.
After the crew had cleaned all of the Akuma blood off the floor from yesterday, they'd gone back to the Ark, leaving a pile of rubble to be dealt with. Since Komui wasn't giving Kiah any other useful jobs, she'd taken it upon herself to remove the debris, finding it calming to throw large stones as violently as possible.

Jacob twitched as lulubell reminded him of the earl's threat. He wasn't particularly fond of the noah woman, but he bit his tongue. He didn't want to think about his friend being tortured slowly and painfully to fulfill this woman's sick desires, but he had to play along or the earl would make things worse. This wasn't the Jacob who had been in the order killing exorcists the other day...this was the 15 year old boy who wanted everything to just be over and done with already. "...i'll go and Kill the general i guess...." he thought, hoping to end things sooner. Silly wouldn't be tortured as long before they finally killed her...and hell, if she knew cross was dead maybe she wouldn't find the will to go on and she'd be able to end her own suffering somehow...better that than her screams plague his sleep right?
Jacob switched to his noah form and took a steady deep breath. As he exhaled the way he held himself changed a bit. He was colder, angrier. His wounds from his fight with lavi had already begun to heal and he was ready to seek revenge. "...i'll be off to bloody up the order again....and lulubell....if you really are intent on torturing the girl....look like her lover boy while you do it...you know i prefer psychological torture to that crude way you just destroy the lovely girls body...." he said and took off towards the order. It wouldn't be long before he ended things.
Jacob reached the order and smiled at his work. They had begun cleaning up a bit, but the alarm system was down. No one would know he'd come until it was too late. He stepped into the common room and saw the bloodstains on te walls and floor and he looked as though he enjoyed it. "...come out come out where ever you are~....General Cross Marian...." he said quietly and began to wander around looking for the man

Cross didn't look up when Jacob entered the room. He heard him, and a small chuckle shook his shoulders, "They always return to the scene of the crime..."
He dropped his hand and raised his eyes to Jacob's, looking into his cold, yet burning gaze. He could see the cruel intent behind Jacob's face, so different from the normal boy who walked the halls of the Order in his spare time.
"Come to capture me? Does the Earl want to have another Tea Party already?" he smirked, though his usual arrogance could barely be felt inside him.
