does the Kusakage get to vote? I thought it was just the Hokage, Kazekage, Raikage, Mizukage, Tsuchikage, and Otokage... Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The individual is a Kage, and they are witnessing the exams. Whether or not they count would be up to Van, but I don't see any harm one way or another letting the other Kage post a vote was well.

Because that's how I've seen us do it ever since I've been here. Either way I'm sure she can vote, but it may not be counted.for the guild. Plus, all the one's she's voted on have already been decided so no harm no foul. razz

The Grass Kage does not get a vote.
That's because we use a formula to figure out if you pass (4/7 votes with YOUR kage counting as 2 votes that you can't pass without)
This way the % of the votes that belong to your own kage is just under 1/3rd (28.5714%)
