Edward and Alphonse, two brothers living in Resembool, lost thier mother when they were still little. Now, in an attempt to ressurect her, they engage in flesh forging, the ultimate taboo in alchemy. The attempt ends in failure, however, with Edward losing his left leg, and Alphonse all of his flesh. Edward somehow restores Alphonse's spirit, putting it in a suit of armor, at the further cost of his own right arm. The two embark on a journey in search of the Philosopher's Stone, in hopes of regaining all that they have lost.*inhale* lots of typing!!! eek
