Rathmostofar Anna Walker What people fail to realize is that Gaia is a business. No matter what services it provides, no matter how playful this environment way seem, Gaia Interactive Inc. is a business. Likewise, that business has employees that get salaries, and bills that must be paid for, such as for their servers, electricity, plumbing, and I'm sure there's some sort of rent type thing they have to pay for their headquarters, provided they don't already own the building.
With that said, because it is a business just like any other, it is being affected by the recession, especially because users like us are paying less and less due to various reasons ranging from a smaller allowance to not being able fit pixels into their monthly budget. In turn, they lose money and must raise prices to fit their company's revenue and such. I see far too many people publicly complaining about this issue when the fact of the matter is, Gaia is doing nothing different than other companies. Why the jump from $10 to $15, you may ask? Well it's simple; Gaia doesn't sell 100 different menu items like McDonalds does, so they can't simply raise prices by a few cents, they have to go higher. It's the same deal with their ads; they need money to support themselves, their families, and most importantly, to keep popping out new things every few days or so to keep people happy. Well, not everyone, because some people get a taste of one good item that THEY like and expect everything therein to measure up to that standard. But that's another story.
This isn't meant to be a personal assault on anyone, and I realize I may sound bias considering my family, but I speak the truth. So... consider that.
I'm not talking about the Gaia Cash. That's fine, most of the stuff they sell for Gaia Cash doesn't usually peek grand interests anyway, but the Gaia Gold stuff, which is free, is just so ridiculous!
I don't mind paying for my stuff when it comes to Gold, but when they sponsor the best items for billions of Gold and, at best, the most you earn from any of the games is between 500 - 1,000, it tends to tick me a little bit.
I understand its a business, that people are paid to work this stuff, but you also got to think of the customers when it comes to this stuff. The prices they have and the methods which to earn the Gold, aren't very realistic in my opinion.
I have no real qualms or praise when it comes to Gaia Cash, except that I think it's stupid to spend real money on stuff that technically doesn't exist. Not saying ill against anyone who does spend cash, but if something happens to Gaia or to your account in general, all the money, basically, just went down the tubes for nothing.
If you're referring to Market Place prices, then don't blame Gaia. Staff has virtually no control over the MarketPlace. You can blame inflation and greedy users for those prices.
If you're not, then I have to say I'm not really sure what you're talking about anymore.

Okay, i've been searching the interweb for two hours, and I need some help with this math s**t. I'm supposed to make four example problems for the following standard:
Students know the statement of, and can apply, the fundamental theorem of algebra.
The book says stuff about using the conjugate pairs theorem or finding a polynomial function with specified zeroes or finding complex zeroes of a polynomial under where the index says this fundamental theorem of algebra (which I have googled and not understood) is applied. The format I am supposed to do this in is by making four example problems (all different types, like they don't follow the same setup or something) and I go through each step with a side note. I am just stuck on this s**t and cannot figure it out. I figure that some of you guys are smart and might know, so I ask you.

I barely passed Algebra with C+. I'm more of a poet then a mathematician. Sorry again.
