*Should have known better to even think about enjoying peace and quiet, since she jumped out of her skin as Kiah slams into the Common Room and starts yelling about Akuma.* What!? *She swears loudly, a rather nasty swear word at that, and leaps off of the couch barely having time to grab her jacket and throw it around her shoulders. Instead of even bothering with the door she takes the quickest route through the balcony doorway and over the edge, hitting the snowy grounds with a start, sprinting towards the lake with frightening determination. She spots Liv running towards the fight and her heart stops, knowing that if she gets hit there's nothing to protect her, so she starts running towards the woman, activating her Innocence as she does.* Liv, get back!

*Takes a second to catch her breath while she watches Sil jump over the balcony, then grabs a few blankets off her fort and makes her way back to the lake as fast as she can now that she's exhausted and a bit numb*

-The Akuma started flailing, and when Lavi's hammer made contact, several of its legs where smashed clean off, exploding into ash- AAUUURGGHGHH
LAVI!! -keeps running towards them and starts to cough, her lungs aching with cold, her chest hurting now, but doesn't stop- Come on...come on! -reaches into her shirt and pulls out a necklace, the compass-looking instrument on it from before clutched in her hand...ignores Sil's calls for her to get back, and keeps pushing forward-
LAVI, PLEASE!! GET BACK!! DON'T TOUCH ANY PART OF IT, NOT EVEN WITH YOUR HAMMER!! -starts turning the dial on the compass as she focuses, taking a leap towards the Akuma- 5...4....3.... -reaches her hand out desperately, stretched towards the closest tentacle- 2.. -latches on in the last second- 1... -vanishes into thin air, the Akuma along with her-
(( XD work sooooon~ I wanted to be dramatic. ALL OF YOU MUST NOW MOURN OVER THE LOSS OF YOUR DEAREST LIV. ;D Buahahahahahahaahh.

Ha! -Lets out a victorious laugh when his hit has an effect, landing back down in the water. He'd heard Sil's voice and figured someone had called for help. Inbetween the Akuma's flailing, he notices Liv running towards them, and is just about to tell her to get back, as well, when she calls out to him instead.-
What? -Eyebrows knit together.- What are you talking about, you idiot, you get ba-- -Stops mid-sentence when both Liv and the Akuma disappear in front of him, standing there dumbfounded for a few seconds.- ...Liv? -Looks around frantically, but only sees Sil and Kiah. His stomach drops.- LIV!? -Yells as hard as he can, in case she's still nearby.-

*Picks up the pace when she sees Liv running toward the Akuma, feeling dread in the pit of her stomach. Watches her grab the Akuma with wide eyes, blinking a bit at the empty space where they used to be. She looks around with Lavi, too out of breath to call out and hoping that he can yell loud enough for the both of them. After a few minutes of looking she trudged over to the soaked Lavi and wordlessly covered him in the blankets she had grabbed*

*Was inches away from grabbing Liv's wrist, pulling her back before she made a move that Sil had already dubbed suicidal, and inches away from disappearing right along with Liv. Just as her hand would have made contact, Liv jumped and the arm she was reaching for disappeared, the Akuma along with it.*
No! *Clenches her fist, looking around for any sign of the akuma or Liv, but the forest and the lake area have gone completely silent other than the calls from the others, though she knows Liv is gone...* I'm so sorry... I-Ishould've been here faster... *Doesn't know who she's talking to-- Liv maybe, even though she wasn't there any longer, or perhaps to Kiah and Lavi. Presses her fingers to her eyes, trying to stop herself from crying, knowing that this is just another part of their job.* I was so close... She was right there... *Feels that aching pit of disappointment and failure turning her stomach, though she shakes it off and inwardly snaps at herself for falling into weakness.*
*Looks to Lavi and Kiah, concern on her face, noting that Lavi is soaked to the bone and Kiah out of breath.* Are you okay...? You need to get inside, before you catch hypothermia. *Concern evident.* I'll... I'll stay out here and... see if I can find anything...

*Looks at Sil, feeling light headed but knowing she needs to tell her something* I think... she may have... teleported somewhere... Sil... *Staggers a bit, not able to feel her legs and fights the feeling of passing out* Too tired... *Falls toward the snow-covered ground*

-Grips the blankets Kiah's draped over him, grateful. Clenches his teeth, his mouth a thin line, confused over what had just happened. Shakes his head a little, ignoring Sil.- What the hell... just happened? Where did they go...? -Stares at Kiah when she speaks, eyebrows knitted.- Teleported...? -Reaches for her when she starts to faint, but his frozen bones don't allow him to move too swiftly.- Kiah!

*Knows that Kiah is right, but doesn't want to admit there's nothing they can do at this point... and when Kiah faints she gasps and rushes over to her as well, moving to pick the light girl up herself since Lavi is in no state to be caring for someone else.* Lavi, please... That water is freezing... it won't do any good for you to stand out here and freeze... *Voice is very gentle, trying to keep her own emotions in check at the moment to make sure he's taken care of.*

-Shakes his head again, biting his lip, knowing she's right, but feels like he'd be abandoning Liv if he went back now. Looks at her and sighs, knowing that he'd probably never win a battle of stubbornness when it comes to Sil, and reluctantly starts trudging back up the hill in silence, vehemently kicking the sled Kiah managed to stop as he passes it on his way back to the castle.-

*Winces ever so slightly at the kick, but follows quietly behind him, thinking that for the time being he needs some time to get his head sorted out and her trying to say something wasn't going to help. Once inside she pauses, finally speaking,* You should get into some dry clothes and sit by the fire... *Gives him a long, searching look before taking Kiah to the infirmary and gets her settled in after her little episode, and once she knows the other girl is safe and secure she heads back to the common room with the intention of making sure Lavi was taken care of as well.*

Yeah... -Slumps off to his room, his feet sloshing in his wet shoes. Once inside, he peels off his wet clothes, dropping them on the floor in big, wet puddles. Not really thinking about anything, he takes out some dry clothes and puts them on, working on auto-pilot. After making his way back to the common room and dropping down in one of the chairs next to the fire, his thoughts returned and he sighed heavily, still shocked about how what had started out as a fun day in the snow had ended so terribly, not knowing where Liv had disappeared off to, and if she was okay...-

((WELCOME BACK WHORE
*Pauses for a moment at the doorway, but quietly moves over and finds a blanket, shaking it open before putting it over Lavi to make sure he's extra warm, knowing it's going to take a little bit to get his temperature back up, then wraps her arms around his shoulders from behind the chair to give him a long, lasting embrace and a very gentle kiss on the neck.* I'm sure she's okay... Whatever she did had to be Noah related, and I'm sure that they wouldn't let anything happen to her... *Almost believes the words herself, even if they're mostly said to comfort him. Hopes she doesn't make anything worse, since she always feels like she can never say the right thing.*
