You said she is still 15 which she is seeing as how the Exams are not over yet
Cylem said she will be 16 after they are over which she will be
And I was right because at this moment Seika is not legal due to the fact she is still 15 until the exams are over

They kinda creep me out; but I might as well seeing as how talking to NPC is better then being frozen another week or two rofl
But wan't to know the worst thing? I can't train anything rofl
No Sand Jutsu because Shukaku isn't mastered
Iron Sand Jutsu took the place of My second element And I already know all of it.
And I can't learn any New Earth element due to not having an arm and needing to make hand signs until Jounin Rank XP, which until The Kazekage Gets back I can't even get a mission test
Away to wonder the Sand Village!
