Faust reached his long fingers towards Netsubo. "Please, try not to think about the stitches..." he whispered, even though she'd put them there herself. He placed his hand over her heart, and his ear against her back, listening.

His touch made her strange heartbeats faster. She bit her lip to avoid making a sound and she placed her hand over his, the stitches not bothering her at all.
