Nanu's eyes widened at this "What?!" she said shocked. She hadnever even met the pharoh and now sudenly she was going to be forsed to sleep with him?!Her face was already red at the thought "..umm..may I ask why?" She was sure there were much prettier girls than her. She was only a servent after all.

"Because..." Isis had to take a breath to calm herself. "Because Priest Seto said that the pharaoh needs to get over his grief and try to get an heir, and since you just happened to walk into his room when he was trying to think of who would be good enough."

"Oh...." nanu said softly. Her face was still red at the thought. She quietly followed Isis to were ever she was going to lead her.

Isis put an arm around Nanu's shoulders, the other still wrapped up since the 'door' incident with Bakura. (I had forgotten about it, but I'll try not to) "Don't worry. The pharaoh is a very kind man. This is probably just going to be another one of Priest Seto's ideas, which never plays out fully. Either way, we should just go along with it for now." Isis said, then paused and remembered something. "Oh... Do you remember when the theif Bakura had been in the palace for a couple of days a little while ago?" Isis ventured. She certainly did. The stone halls were made with shouting in mind, so that if the palace was invaded the guards or servants could easily shout from one end of the hall to another. So even though she had been in her chambers, she had heard Bakura's scream. "The pharaoh had, um, brought him into bed for whatever reasons that the pharaoh has. Just forget about whatever you might have heard come from the bedroom-- I'm sure the pharaoh will be gentler with you." She may have been trying to comfort Nanu, but those weren't really the most comforting words she could have said.

Nanu nodded "Alright..." she said softly. She was still very nervous and anyone could tell. Isis wasent doing very well with comforting her.

"How old are you, by the way?" Isis asked, glancing over at Nanu. She had considered the servant a friend and maybe even a sister at times, but had never tried to think of her age.

"Sixteen..." Rei told her. It would be time for her to settle down soon but rei wanted to find a person to fall in love with,and marry.

"Sixteen..." Isis mumbled to herself as she paused in front of a door and knocked. The door opened and two rather scantily clad women were inside, wearing sheer gown that clung to their bodies and seemed to be see-through. Isis greeted them, and then gestures over at Nanu. "She will need to be dressed and made up properly to be presented to the pharaoh." Isis explained, and the women nodded their heads, beckoning Nanu to come in.

Nanu was quiet as she steped in. She was hopping she wouldent be made to wear the same as they were. She dident want her dress to be see-thru.

"I'll come back later when she's ready. Good day." Isis said, bowing slightly, then sighing again and waving to Nanu as she left, the door closing. The women were studying Nanu as Seto had before. "A good choice." One of them said, nodding her head, and the other agreed with a murmur. "Come now, we must get you out of those filthy rags and into the bath." They turned away so Nanu could get out of the dress, and they filled a metal tub in the corner of the room with water, and some kind of sweet-smelling oil made from flowers.

Nanu quietly sliped out of her servents dress.Her body was well toned from working.

"Now, bathe, and try to get as clean as you can." One said, offering soap. "We'll pick out something for you to put on. Do you have any preferences of what to wear?"

Nanu nodded and took the soap "Umm please don't make it see-threw..." nanu said softlty stepping into the bath.
