"No you're not, or at least you won't be once I'm through with you. Poliwag, Bubble attack now, use it on the girl!" Poliwag planted his tail and prepared to fire, but looked back at Crenu with confusion. Attacking people was something he had never done before and this was strange, it almost seemed wrong. "Don't look at me guppy, I gave you an order!" Poliwag jumped from the boom of Crenu's voice, but an evil grin came across his face as the dark aura resurfaced and Poliwag was alright to attack. He planted his tail and forcefully shot out a barrage of bubbles directly at the girl.

"Hey!" Train cried as she saw the bubbles coming at her. Pikachu ran in front of her, taking the hit, seeing as how it wasn't very effective anyway.

"Pikachu, Thundershock on the Poliwag!" Train commanded, and ran around the two pokemon as Pikachu shocked the water tadpole. Train tackled the older kid, sending them both to the ground. She was suprisingly strong for a young girl.

"What the hell are you doing?! At least when I did that, I was only joking! It wasn't even enough to hurt you!" She shouted at Shiro.

((I don't appreciate your auto hitting. It's not cool.))

Poliwag took the shock full on, but didn't even seemed phased by it as he stood with his tail in the ground. "Little girl, don't you understand?" Crenu started to laugh as he tossed her backwards and stood up slowly. "I don't play around. Poliwag, make a popsicle out of that rodent. Ice Beam!" Poliwag charged energy infront of his small body in the form of a blue orb, then sent powerful jagged beam of cold energy sailing through the air at Pikachu.

((Ack, sorry ^^; ))

Train stood up and coughed. "Pikachu!" She cried as she saw the pokemon get frozen.

Train shot a glare at Shiro. "Are you stupid?" She asked, running over to her Pikachu. "Don't worry, buddy..." She whispered, kicking the ice, trying to break it.

Train picked up the block of ice that was Pikachu. "I'm gonna get you for that, count on it." She said, and ran off back to Goldenrod, to get her Pikachu thawed.

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha! AH HA HA HA HA HA! Stupid girl. Did you honestly think that a runt such as yourself could hold a candle to me? You're far to soft." Crenu grinned as he called back Poliwag and sat down up against a tree. He had to admit, the forest was growing on him. "With trees so thick that sunlight never shines through, this place is as dark as my soul and as cold as my heart. I rather like it here. AH HA HA HA HA HA HA!"
PostPosted: Sat Apr 14, 2007 4:31 pm

Train shuddered as she heard Shiro laugh behind her. She ran quickly to the pokemon center, where Nurse Joy immediatly took her pokemon to thaw it out.

A little later, Train reclaimed her pokemon and headed out. She deicded she'd spy on Shiroo a bit. She was stealthy enough, and if worst came to worst, she'd try battling him again.

She slipped into the forest, quietly hiding behind a bush. She wanted to know why this other kid was so...evil.

She shook her head and growled. "Kilik, you won't win! I won't let you!" Rebecca ran a hand through her black hair and pointed at Weezing, "Dewgong! Take Down!" The sea lion reared back and began to move with impressive speed towards the Poison-Gas Pokemon. Weezing had barely made it back into the air before Dewgong's horn penetrated him. And it wasn't by any stretch of the meaning, either. Dewgong's horn was literally lodged inside one of the holes that dotted Weezing's surface.

Even Kilik winced. The entire crowd let out a collective 'Oooo!' when the attack connected. The boy noticed a camera man kneel down as if to get a better shot of the damage. Every time Dewgong moved, it brought Weezing along with it. This was really turning into a farce. The boy pointed and growled. "Weezing! Use Thunderbolt!" Static electricity began to build up inside of him. Sparks emitted from the holes, and he began to whir loudly.

"No! What're you doing?!" Rebecca cried, taking a step back and eyeing Weezing intently.

"What's it look like, Rebecca?" he smirked, "Because Dewgong's horn is inside of Weezing, it's going to feel every bit of the static that's currently building up!" he explained, "Dewgong's going to feel a shock like never before! That horn is acting like a lightning rod, and at such a close range, it's doubtful it'll manage to stay up." A roar of approval, cheering, and whistling came from the crowd after his speech. Part of him wanted to bow, but he kept standing straight.

"You...you're lying!" the girl cried. She shook her head, "Dewgong! Get it off!" Dewgong began to flail its head in a circle, attempting to get the opponent off. The Pokemon let out a cry as it felt volts course through its body from Weezing's attack.

"Deeeewwwwgong!!" the Pokemon cringed and fell to the ground, unconcious. The crowd went silent. It was so quiet, a pin dropping could be heard.
Weezing pulled himself free with a light 'pop' noise. He fluttered up into the air and smiled dumbly. Suddenly, the crowd erupted into cheering and whistling.

"We Love Weezing! We Love Weezing!" they chanted.

Weezing looked around at the cheering crowd. Suddenly, tears began to fill up in his eyes and he fell to the ground, crying loudly. The crowd simmered down and began to murmur amongst themselves. Weezing sniffled and levitated again. Kilik groaned and slapped his forehead. "He heard his name so much, he was confused and began to cry.." he sighed. Suddenly, a high pitched laugh came from the other side. "What's so funny!?" he barked.

"Oh hoho!" she laughed, placing a hand on her cheek, "Your Weezing isn't too smart, is he?" She gulped when she noticed the Pokemon look very angry. She recalled the Dewgong and shook her head, "Well, let me put him in his place! I choose...Golduck!" she tossed the ball into the arena, revealing the human-shaped blue Pokemon. His finned hands held out in front of him. Rebecca took note of Dewgong's picture fading to gray and Golduck's appearing on the block beneath it.

"Didn't you learn with Dewgong?" Kilik laughed. "Enough with your Water-types! He'll get shocked just like Dewgong did!" The crowd began to clap and cheer just as loud as before.

"So, it's been awhile since we've spoken last. How are things, Nina?"
The blue-haired girl shrugged. "I don't know. I lost another Gym match today-- it was to Kasiya this time. Now all of my friends can boast that they've beaten me-- well. Heh. I don't know how big of a boast that'd amount to, I'm a pushover anyway."
"That's not true. The Pokemon I'd left behind... Well, sure, you were around them back when I traveled with you, but you had never explored their potential or learned their abilities, things like that."
"Chyeah, that's what everyone's saying..."

She sighed as she stretched her arms up over her head, letting out a little yawn. It was a nice, warm day in Goldenrod today, good for going on a walk or having a battle with someone. When Nina looked up to the sky, she could have sworn she saw a rainbow fly past; That must be Ho-Oh again, she thought. I never did properly thank him for bringing Sabrina back. I'll need to pay him a visit later on.

"Hey, don't worry so much about it; you'll improve with time. But in any case, we can't waste a beautiful day like this," Sabrina said. "Let's go do something. Maybe we can go meet up with Rai and Whitney? I doubt the pair of them are doing anything important." Nina laughed. "Are you kidding me? Like, honestly? Those two have spent so much time together lately that it's unbearable! You'd have to use a Pinsir to pry them apart for two minutes-- it's just unreal!" The elder sibling snickered a little bit. "Maybe you and Rai shouldn't have called it quits, then." The girl shrugged a tad. "Well, I don't know. He was a great friend and boyfriend, but things just got... well, I don't know. Complicated. I think it was because of the fact that he was such a good friend to me in the first place that things got weird. He thought that about me too, so it was really a joint desicion to end it. Plus, it's not like we never talk or anything-- it's just like it was before we had ever dated."

"And on the plus side too, you and Kilik got back together, right? How's that working out?" Nina giggled a little. "It's good. I didn't ever believe that the two of us would get back together. I mean, he had his own share of interests in people, and I was with Rai for such a long time that it just didn't fit into my equation, really." She smiled a little, resting her face in her palm, setting her right elbow vertically on her left knee, which was crossed over her right knee. "That's good, sweetie. As long as you're happy, then I am too." Sabrina sighed a little bit. "It's so cute to see young emotions." Nina perked up a bit after that sentence came to pass. "Hey, you're not an old lady yet! You could be fixed up with someone!"

The purple-haired woman tilted her head, looking quizzically at her sister. "Nina, are you kidding me? I don't date, you know that!" The girl rolled her eyes. "We're going to have to change that!" she exclaimed. "Look-- you and me and Whitney can all have a sleepover at one of the Gyms sometimes, and us two can make you over to be even more gorgeous than you already are. Sound like a plan?" She grinned in anticipation of her sister's answer. "That sounds... awesome!" Sabrina exclaimed. "And then we can, like, paint eachother's toenails and totally gossip about alll the boys and like, who's dating who and who broke up with who, and it'll be super fabulous, yeah!"

Nina stared at Sabrina with such a bewildered expression on her face that it was almost not of this earth. "Oh... my god," she laughed, "do you realize you just used half of Whitney's favorite expressions in that single sentence?" Sarbina laughed a bit too, giving her sister a playful kick. "Hush, you. And, I happen to know for a fact that despite Whitney's idiotic exterior, she really is intelligent. She's sort of the Psyduck version of Pokemon trainers, you know?" The azul-haired girl nodded a bit. "Yeah, I've noticed that too! When the two of us are talking she'll usually use words that make my intelligence drop a few points, but when I battled alongside and against her a few times, her personality flipped a hundred percent! She was extremely tactical and focused and it was a big surprise."

It was quiet for a brief moment,
but Sabrina broke the silence by getting to her feet. "Come on. I don't care how busy those two are, Rai and Whitney can make some time to spend with us." Grinning a bit, Nina didn't question her sister's logic and got to her feet.

The two headed towards the Gym to see if their friends were inside.

She made a soft noise in her sleep, rolling over onto her left side.

Crenu sat in the forest, up in a branch on a tall tree. He looked up at the thick canopy that blocked out most of the light and grinned. His eyes had adjusted to the dark rather well, but it still wasn't like he could see in the dark. As he sat in the trees he appeared to do nothing until the silence was broken by a strange melody. Crenu had begun to whistle, a soft, easy tune that sounded as though it may have come from the middle ages long ago, it sounded sad, though a tad hypnotic. His melody echoed through the forest, amplified by the trees and the leaves that surrounded him.

Train stopped, hearing the sound. She realized it came from Shiro. "He's doing that? Wierd..." She commented softly.

She could see fine in the dark, and could clearly make out Crenu's shape against the tree. Train held her Pikachu in her crossed arms, and it looked up at her, then looked in the direction she was staring in. "Pi-ka...?" It asked quietly.

It suddenly occured to Train she'd never asked the older kid his name.

Watching the battle, Dante with somewhat cold and uncaring eye's and Levi's small black one's with an intensity that wasn't usually seen in the Mudkip. Out of the whole stadium he was probably the only one silent watching the battle through critical eye's. Both of them appeared to be skilled trainers, the boy a bit to cocky but that was probably a good thing.

"It looks like someone's really into this match." Came Leon's voice fom behind Dante.

"You could say that." Glancing back for a second Dante gave him a small smile before reaching into his coin case and pulling out a hundred coin's and handing them to Leon. "Can you make a bet on the boy for me. I have a feeling about him." Was all he said.

Leon just smiled slightly and shaking his head he took the coin's. "Sure kid. Though it wouldn't hurt you to smile every once in a while. Not just those fake smile's or little smirk's that you do. Having a little fun wouldn't kill you ya know."

Hearing this Dante just glanced back at Leon and gave him a small smirk. "I am having fun."

He continued to whistle his song, it seemed he had soothed himself with it. "So you've returned. You'll just get your pikachu hurt again, I won't hold back this time." He sat on his branch, not looking down at where the girl was listening from. "What is your fascination with me anyway girl? Why can't you just leave me alone?"

Train stepped out from the bushes. She get a firm grip on her Pikachu, not wanting it to get hurt or frozen again.

"I don't know. You're just so strange. I mean, you're all evil and stuff, and then you come out here and whistle? Strange, if you ask me. And trust me, I know strange." She replied to him, then added, "By the way, I never got your name, whether you were being mean or not, it's only commen curtesy. I'm Train, by the way."
PostPosted: Sat Apr 14, 2007 8:16 pm

"You're such a child. Now I know you are carless, I know your name and you know nothing about me in return. All you have to go on is my melody. Tell me then Train, what does me melody say to you?" He grinned, and began whistling once again.

Train tilted her head to one side for a moment.

"It says you're sad." She replied, listening. "Where's it from? Did you make it up?" She added.

She let her Pikachu squirm free again and climb onto her shoulder. "Do you even have any friends? It doesn't seem like you would right now. Try being nicer."
