The tattoo is Tidus' symbol from Final Fantasy X.  Necklace of it. Tidus' father also has it tattooed on his chest.

Nope, didn't design myself, though did draw up the transfer. Nowhere in the game is it plainly seen. (I used the Jecht version, of course, since the Tidus version looks a bit too rounded and stumpy, and the Yuna version is too long and stringy.) So the best I had to work with was:
Of course there were other shots that had other angles and altogether helped get the whole thing as perfect as I could reason with... but yeah.
Aww... only a +3? I was looking to at LEAST get a +5... Maybe if I get a triforce on the other side... hmmm...
Oh. And it hurt. Alot. Ouch. But worth it. Definitely.
