Seth is not overly amused, and this is causing him to feel a great sense of impending doom, but he doesn't want to refuse since Merc's been really nice about making meals for him and such, so he lets himself get dragged into the kitchen.

Merc leaves Seth standing in the doorway and then bends down to dig through the bottom cupboards for bowls. Even though he is determined to teach Seth how to make something, he still wants to have a little fun along the way. He moves his tail a little and he searches.

If seth were looking, I'm sure he'd be enjoying the view rather than worrying, but instead he's still kind of trying to figure out a way out of this, because it just doesn't bode well. he doesn't cook. his mom doesn't cook. his dad doesn't cook.

Merc pullso ut a bowl and sets it on the counter and then goes digging through the cupboards. "Ok, I'm going to be nice this time and make you mix things. I'll do the actual cooking."

Merc pulls out stuff and starts putting it in the bowl while making Sethos stir it all up.

Sethos manages to do an impressively bad job of mixing, kind of like a little kid getting powder all over the place. and the worst part is that he's honestly trying. sweatdrop

Merc, being a nuturing person, only encourages Seth to keep going, promising happy rewards if he does a good job.

Sethos doesn't really cheer up much though since he doesn't like looking completely inept, especially not to someone he likes stare

Now, instead of doing what he;'s supposed to, like helping, Merc presses himself against Seth and begins to kiss up his lover's neck.

As a total turn-of-the-tables type moment, merc catches sethos by surprise, which causes a bit more mess as sethos spills a bunch more of whateveritis he's mixing.
((merc is kissing up seth's neck? what, is he standing on a chair? ))

Merc laughs softly while watching Seth spill all over the counter. He nuzzles Seth's neck. "I don't think I'll make you cook anymore."

Merc shrugs, looking at Seth like he wants an entirely different sort of lunch. "I think we can put it off for a little longer... how bout you?"

Did you know that it's reaaaally hard for Sethos to say no when mercutio puts it like *that*? "I might be able to manage that."
