At the very mention of Konoha, Shikamori's eyes narrowed suspiciously. "..." The hunter-nin quickly contemplated whether to answer or not. "Boy, what do you know?" He asked coldly. "Speak." The Nara's voice was commanding, and held no trace of his former aloofness. It was that of a true ANBU of Konoha...no, more of one having been through countless assassinations. If this boy was an enemy, Shikamori can make sure the child had nowhere to run. At this time of the night, the shadows were most inescapable, at every corner...perfect for his Shadow Imitation technique. But he sat quite still, waiting to see the boy's reaction.

Akaneelt the same, burdened by the need to carry a torch so the rest can see the light. He sighed and looked to the heavens. "If only you knew." He said to her but not at her. As if speaking to her through a train of thought. He felt her pain he felt her missury, thats why he held her close. She understood him, she knew his sorrow. He never looked down at her he always treated her like another hokage. She fought by his side he fought by hers its how they lived.
His hand turned into a fist and he growled. "They hurt you..." 'The one I love...' He would never forgive them for that, making her suffer was their last mistake. He did love Yokou his eyes told it all the time. She never could see it even with her eyes but he knew his feelings. He knew what his heart sang. After she died though he thought he could never love again, after his wife died that is.
"Come, lets pick up the pace." Pain was heard in his voice as he said this but his pace quickened and his steps were harder, hate filled.

Tetta was tired of this. he stoud up and turned around. " I'ma go look around for a minute. " he said and began walking off again. Hopefully the nara would be too preocupied with the child to pay him any atention. It was dark now, and the village was quiet. Tetta ran upward on a nearby wall to reach the top of a building where he perched on its tip and looked around.

((I finished Shikamori at long last! crying Gawd, he took long...))
Yokou nodded in agreement, her mind wondering over how her Nara friend was doing...probably very unwell... She winced inwardly, remembering Shikamori's last run-in with babysitting kids. It didn't end too well. The kids who he was supposed to be watching all learned how to curse - and fluently. He failed that mission, of course... But Yokou had to admit, that group of kids were pretty...obnoxious to begin with. It was quite comical, though, as Shikamori had argued with Lady Cerbi that the kids knew how to curse in the first place. Yokou didn't bothering cutting in, but in her opinion, Shikamori taught them a whole new string of curses.
With her sharp eyes, she easily picked her way through the maze of streets and alleys to the village square. Her eyes caught sight of Shikamori, glaring at some kid...the Hyuuga children watching intently nearby. Ari and Tetta...those two just stared into space as usual. Tetta soon departed, however, taking no interest over Shikamori's glaring contest.

Akane walked to a wall and leaned on it facing away from the group. He almost looked like he was a figher. His muscles and body stance screamed of a killer. He slowly turned his head towards the group and sighed. "We are getting food made for us so lets get there fast and not make them wait...holdo n is someone missing!?" He seemed a bit pissed at that fact and looked at the man on the ground. "You didn't lose one of my shinobi did you!?" He sighed rolling his eyes.
He then looked over at Yokou his face turning happy again and he nodded. He then walked to the group and shrugged. "We have no time, get to the house. When this place truly gets into high alert people may not be so keen to look past a few Hyuuga and a bunch of shinobi. Come now." He began to walk not giving time for objections.

"There you are! Lord Hokage! Yokou-han, where the hell were you two?!" Totally ignoring the kid he was glaring at, Shikamori instead glared at Akane. "Have you any idea how worried we were? And of course I didn't lose..." The Nara spun around and counted. The number of children were correct...Ari was there...that damn Akamichi was still missing, probably at the food stands...and...where the hell is Tetta? "TETTA, YOU b*****d!" Shikamori bellowed.
Yokou sighed and shook her head. "You were the only one worried, Shika-han. Come, don't worry about Tetta...he'll be fine." And indeed, she wasn't worried about her nephew at all. The boy was a Chuunin, and is perfectly capable of taking care of himself. "Come, let's go..." She muttered, motioning for the Nara to follow.
"Go where?" Shikamori muttered suspiciously, an eyebrow raised. "An Iwa Jounin invited everyone for dinner..." Came the nonchalant response. "WHAT?!" Shikamori's exasperated yell could be heard all throughout Iwa. Passerbys stared at the odd assembly.

To be sure, this assembly had gathered quite the audience. They even gathered the attention of a few higher members of the shinobi rank. Not meaning to be hidden but at the same time using that to hide others, a fw members of the Iwagakure ANBU stood atop roofs and looked down to the group. Considering the commotion they were causing, this was a sign of both good will and a warning.
The ANBU knew that members of the shinobi rank as high as the Hokage and Hyuuga wouldn't dare think that obvious ANBU were all the village could spare. The ANBU understood that these people would be expecting anbushes and any manor of ill will. Thats why they were calm and showed their hands to be free of weapons. They were there peacefully...for now.
Take this more as a 'move along' kind of gesture.
There was one more thing that had come to view the group. A small black cat looked up to the group. She moved over towards the Hokage and began to snuggle up around his feet and purred gently then moved off towards the direction of the Takamichi home.

Yokou sighed again, her sharp eyes not missing the rapidly thickening crowd. "Shikamori-han...you should be honored to attract more attention than the whole group added together..." She drawled, her voice laced with irritation. "I don't believe we have a choice about going or not... Come along, now..." The Hyuuga head wondered why she wasn't detained for carrying a katana, anyways...though the Iwa shinobi did not know, it was the Kusanagi sword itself.
Muttering curses under his breath, Shikamori complied, not missing the Iwa ANBU whom have gathered on the rooftops. Since Yokou reacted in such a manner, he'll be receiving more chidings from her clan members. Great. Just fantastic.

Akane then saw the group of people and growled. "Thanks man, just what we need attention. "Please fine people, move along There is truly nothing to see here." He looked all over seeing everyone and then the ANBU. "Would you men be so kind as to move them along so we may leave to our destination in peace?" The men would see only one eye and it was kindly looking at them.
"We mean no harm you noted we have not even reached for a weapon..." He bows and turns. "Come, you have caused enough problems with all the camosion your making..."

Before anything could be said people had came, and the attention of Nara was lost. ".........." He was about to speak and then he was stopped by other voices, he wasn't even if he was sure of he should speak. "I'm Kaisude Uchiha. I was lead to beleive you are from Leaf Village by your armor. My father wore that same armor." He said in hopes that the Nara or someone would take interest into what he was saying, Kaisude eyed the Hyuuga's and then wanted to follow after them. He wasn't even sure what to do at the moment.

The ANBU, more so finding the people in good tiding than actually listening to them, moved teh people along as asked. it was more so the fact that they disipated that the people knew to move along. The ANBU didn't really have to do anything (ANBU cool like that yo!)
The group of gathered people moved without another word. Theyd idn't even give the Hyuuga another glance more than neccisary. They had seen enough weirdos since the war so it was nothing big.
The cat that had come to the group moved on ahead to the Takamichi house and sat atop their welcoming mat. The door was open and the group would smell many Iwakaure specials and some Ryoko originals. All in all, it was a delicious scent to be held (specially for some homeless folk)
Ryoko was inside smiling as she plated the last of the food. "Come on in. Its all right. Don't mind Etna, she' likes looking over new poeple. Say hi Etna."
Teh cat licked ehr paw and looked to the people and purred.

Tetta sat ,perched on the roof, watching the others procced with cation. He Noticed the Anbu just as quickly as Yokou. He had intentionaly seperated himself from the group so that anyone planing an attack would hopefully miss seeing him and that would give his party an edge. e would be the veiw from the sky for now. And he would keep watch while the others went to the jounins house. He wasn't hungry because upon entering the village he had went ahead and ate some grilled fish from a small dineing hut at the edge of town.
Tetta proceded to jump from roof to roof untill he reached the jounin's hut, where he stoped three huts away from. He sat and relaxed while keeping an eye out for potental threats.

The hokage Akane slowly walked into the home and bowed. "I know it seems rude but may I eat alone miss? I have thinking to do..." This whole time everyone would see he had a piece of paper in his hand. It was held like he would never let it go. As he walked to her he looked at her with kind eyes that were hurt behind that.
He always put this mask of a strong leader on ever since he was little. He was the protecter of people in his eyes so he acted without concern for his life only concern for those around him. He slowly moved around his clothing looking at the lady. "May I please sit in a room of some sort and just....just think...."
