Ethanos flashed behind her. "Your open" He spoke and swung his blade forward, FlareFreeze fire swirling around his blade as he struck it up.

She immediatly hit her keyblade at it sending it right back.

Ethanos smiled softly. "Fire" The blue fire bursting out the blade towards her, just gulfing around her blade in an attempt to hold it in place.

((so tired)) She smiled and unsummoned her keyblade.
"I can fight without my weapons as well." she said as the air around her became extremly thick making it hard to breathe, but she didnt seem phased by it.

Ethanos sighed to her and stopped breathing. "Sorry Kal... I don't need to breathe" He flashed in front of her raising his knee up to her to strike.

She looked shocked
"well....thats a new one on me."
She grabbed his knee and hit it in the right spot to temporarily make it unusable by mortal standards. When she hit his knee, a strong wave of thundaga went thru her body and into his body.
"ooops. I did not mean for that to happen." she said realizing what she did.
"insticts can get me into trouble sometimes."

Ethanos felt a shock and forced his foot down, the thundaga barely making him flinch. "That's good, but your instincts need to be used in battle... This is why it's hard, your focus has to be on two places at one time"

"the last time....that last time, I chose my traitor brother over Ethan, and im paying for that." she said, there was still much regret in her voice.
"my focus has to be on my surroundings and my opponents, right?"

"I know you are far better than I am, but I am a eager student, I guess that's partially why I haven't left this place in....well...seems like forever."

Ethanos shrugged. "We have time... I could answer your questions. Or if you have none we can fight, I don't mind what you want to do"

"im not certain, I know I have a lot of responsibilities, to the academy, to Ethan, to so many people, worlds, etc....everything just seems....well...overwhelming, ive been headmistress of this school since I graduated from it, and a little bit before then because the headmaster whom I was under disappeared. Right now, the weight of responsibility, its....a lot. Plus I have relatives that know time travel and their futures rely on me and....its all so complicated. I know im the first and only version of me that has to put up with so much crap, plus the anger, regret, everything I kept back over the years all poured into one person, I know when all that anger is defeated, the me that was locked up will return, then I have to decide her fate, let her live amongst the living, possibly near me, or release her spirit, her damaged heart and let her die."
She looked to Ethanos
"you know what I mean?"

Ethanos nodded to her softly. "It's a hard decision, but it is your own. No one can help you decide what side you stand on, but I'd recommend that there's no point in thinking about it... You won't be able to decide until she's here, beaten by your hand and you have to make the decision then" He explained to her and balled off his orb sitting on the floor. "You don't need to worry, you'll know what's right in the end and no matter what the decision your friends will follow you" He continued to her.

She nodded, then heard the calm outside, this immediately unsettled her.
"yes, I understand." she sighed, then she heard the screams of the few students who didn't leave, however it was silent to Ethanos, she could still hear everything going on in the academy,
"dammit, shes killing innocents now. Why didn't they leave?" a tear fell down her face.
"possibly many of them thought it was a trick, since Kelina is full of them." Light suggested.
"or they possibly thought they could handle it."
"grrr. dammit! I'll lead her down here, she'll pick up on my life force and she'll leave them alone."
"Kalena! Your still not fully recovered, plus shes millions of you with anger issues."
"light, I have to face her, shes my faults and I have to face them, I can't keep running, well, more to the point, you can't keep running.." she said releasing a small ball of light which disappeared.
"you know I wont be able to help you fight her! She's gained a immunity to me and her dark power would overwhelm you."
"where there is darkness, there is light." she said.
"its inevitable. Besides.." she smiled
"I have the best darkness protection ever. Love, hope, and ive developed some darkness protection."
She was about to say something, then she forgot it.

Ethanos sighed. "Maybe you should leave it, you fight her in your weakened state you'll die and then everyone will later. You won't be helping them" He explained and stood up, he felt a surge of power subtly entering the room. "I can feel my blood, my energy flowing in this room"
"You won't fight her... You have another to fight first" The portal opened in front of Kalena as Ethan stepped out, his cloak and mask returning to his body, a black aura flowing around him. "Hello Kal" Ethan smirked under his mask.
