Ibara strolled into the Hokage's office brushing the door out of his way as he passed through it. As he passed through the door he heard a scream come from downstairs. Ibara paused for a moment listening to the commotion down there and turned his attention back to the task at hand. It wasn't as crowded as before but there were still a few people in the room.Ibara waited patiently for them to conclude their business before addressing the Hokage. "Lord hokage, as you well know i'm a sensory type shinobi. I have an ability that allows me to create a barrier around the village monitoring who enters and exits the village and where. If you wish I can use said ability to patrol the entire village from this very building." Ibara reached up and brushed the hair out of his eyes and continued. "Of course there could be issues which is why I have chakra infused passes that will allow ANBU and anyone you permit to exit and enter the village, but they must be returned upon return to the village." Ibara paused and waited for the Hokage's reply.

☦ Kojin walked towards the hokage's building ready to become a chuunin. Ready to please her father in every sense. Ready to see him smile at her progress. Ready to see him smile at her seeing that she finally understands him. But then commotion occurred around the area and she heard someone call out her father's name. Curiousity called her as she looked up and what she saw took her spirit. Her father upon the ground surrounded in a pool of blood. Dropping all of her mission tickets she became light headed. Her eyes wide as saucers as she was in disbelief. As her knees gave out she fell to the ground watching her father being lifted and carried away by another shinobi. Her body trembling in fear of the current moment of what this meant. Emotions she hadn't felt in a long time grasped at her soul as her blue eyes began to tear up. Her face turning into horror as she let out her sobs. Tears streaming rapidly down her face as sorrow gripped her soul. As the only person she really cared about had died right before her eyes. ✯
The clone returned quickly and went to the real Masaru. "Lord Hokage, noctis is current at the hospital and being treated by the real me. You saw him last, what happened?" He asked as he saw the girl crying her eyes out"Are you ok miss?" He asked concerned.

The clone behind the desk would would listen to Ibara and simply nod his head.That would be perfectly fine Yamanaka-kun. I think it is a brilliant idea. The clone would give a nod and a smile before writing something down on a piece of paper, probably a note for when Masaru returns.
Masaru would nod to Noctis as he said that it was a good thing. He only did it out of his best intentions. What Noctis said next threw him off a bit. Oh, so soon? However, it wasn't his call. He would give a nod to Noctis before sitting at the table. Welp..The male began to get deep into thought before a scream brought his attention back to the real world, only to hear commotion from down below. It was then the a clone of the Nara male appeared and spoke about Noctis. Bolting from his seat the male went to the window and threw it open before vaulting himself out of it, vanishing as soon as his foot hit the tiles of the rooftop.[[Masaru Exit]]

☦ As her father's body was lifted and taken away it took Kojin several moments to come back to reality. Slowly standing up it took her just a bit longer to regain her footing before she turned around. Ignoring the man that attempted to speak with her she continued to silently cry as she walked away guided by her blurred eyes. ✯

Jurei entered in his typical fashion but as he looked around, everyone appeared to be in a state of shock. What had he missed? Slightly concerned he picked up the pace heading towards Masaru's door. As he stood outside he gave three solid knocks and waited patiently.

☦ Kojin walked rather quickly to the Hokage's office. Trying her best to avoid a particular area outside of his office. As the door was open she entered it and waited for another shinobi to be done speaking to him. She held a slip from the mission board saying she had enough points to become a chuunin. Everything else was completely up to him at this point. Although she had a feeling the Hokage was going to deny her the ability to rank up for some odd reason. Was it because of what her father had done. Was that event enough to bring shame to her? To alienate her even further as she had been most of her life? Feeling so alone and just wishing to be stronger to lash out at others? At this moment she honestly didn't know what she wanted. She felt as if she could perish and not a single soul would care as none knew her now that he father was gone. ✯
Ibara needing quite large source of water for this jutsu to expand and cover the entire village waited for the Hokage, or his clone. To return to talk about how they would pass out the passes to the ANBU and Shinobi sent on missions outside the borders of Konoha. It made sense to make them prior, and allow only a certain amount of shinobi to exit the village at any given time. That would limit the amount of passes out there liable to be stolen or lost. It was painfully obvious that Ibara wouldn't be able to remain in the Hokage's office to use this jutsu so a system of communication had to be formed with the hokage himself using his Yamanaka telepathy to quickly relay any information that may be found at the borders, hopefully it would be none. Ibara sat and scratched absently at his chin tapping his toe on the hardwood floor looking at the people running in and out of the room. It turned out Ibara was very impatient. He stood and began to form seals. He snapped them off quickly and locked the last one in. "Kage bunshin no jutsu!" a perfect clone of Ibara appeared next to him. Ibara touched the clone on the shoulder, it nodded, and bounded away. Ibara sat back down and yawned.

The clone would glance at the male before nodding and scanning through the files on his desk until finding the one he wanted and held it out for the Senju male to grab it. "You are to find a lower ranking shinobi and warn them of an attack on the village. I would suggest the Yamanaka that just left. You are then to disguise yourself and then engage with him to test his capabilities."
