Good news everyone!
Finally got approved for the 4th seat somehow... :/
Any idea of how many points i should have to put into stats? I know there is a ranking system, but where exactly would a 4th seat fall on it?
I have far too many questions as of late. rolleyes

Officer, Armads. Start from 3 to each stat and distribute as you please without going to 10.
