Her soft fragile voice was shakey and felt small. "Thank you." She hadn't had any power to fight him because of the amount she had used before to heal him, but that was a excuse. She didn't believe in excuses. In a way she should have died before letting it get that far.

He nods his head "I made a promise." He said to her as they walk seeing the tree line from where they are "Seems alastor almost got what he wanted." He finally says to her hating to already bring it up in which it needs to be forgotten.

"Look at me." Her voice was a tortured sound in her throat that even she didn't recgnoize. Her purple eyes had looked to him waiting for him to turn. Her steps had stopped. She still had blood on her face from before. She strightend forceing her self to gain some control of herself. She couldn't stop tears from her eyes though.

He stops in his tracks hearing her stop "You let alastor do that." He says to her remaining faced away from her, hes not mad at her it can be heard in how he talks. More down the lines of why she would let him get that close, that near.

Katherine frozen in place spoke, "Your right, i did..I should have killed myself when i knew i had not fight left. I thought though that... I assume to much between me and you." She paused and he could hear her move then she past him not looking back to him. "I won't make that mistake again." If he had known how much will that had taken , her words. How deep they had just cut. ((i have to go))

He reaches out stopping her with his left hand on her shoulder "No. You did what was right." He said to her "Didn't give up and quit even when it looked bad." He says to her bringing his hood back from his face. He looks at her before hugging her , which was unusual it was usually her that hugged him "I should have been here sooner." He says "Its been you who's always caught my fall." He says "Never giving up on me." He says to her

Her arms foldeded in to his chest. She let her tears come then when she knew it was quite okay to and she was forgiven. Which was what she had been so worried about. She had needed to be forgiven. "I never will." ((awwww now i am really gone.))

He lets go of her and gently turns her around and begins to lead her back to the castle "Im glad." He says to her of what she said. We break the tree line shortly and I lead her up the steps inside opening the large door for her wanting to lead her to her room so she could change "I suggest we go get you some new clothes." He says to her "Ill wait outside the room for ya."

Katherine had gave a grateful smile she changed into a warmer gown of a dark blue. She also washed up alittle no blood or dirt was left on her. She had brushed out her golden locks. A strange kind of excitement was in her that made her rush through doing these things. She headed back outside of her rooms to meet him then.

There he stands like usually waiting for her. But he wears the black cloak and armor that was used for special guard days high up degrees of warning. But it looks rather good on him and hes quickly amazed on her looks when she comes out in the blue dress of hers. He bows to her smiling as he does "What do you wish to do?" he asks her

Her smile matched his. She shook her head slightly. "I have little that needs doing or is that pressing for a moment." She takes his hand with hers and brings him inside of her room. There was a lot between them that was unsaid. "We need to speak about the possiablity of my death." Matachi held the peace she thought of putting to her people and this was something.

"Death?" He asks her worried now of what she is talking about. He is not ready for another death especially from someone so close to him. Especially not her, he would die if she could live forever but he knows that cannot happen.

"Yes I don't have a heir." She spoke quite seriouly. She motioned for him to sit down, there had been to much that had happend to them that day. "I have done a lot of thinking on this. It would be logical to leave it to Dante but it would cause fueds between the houses. I won't have Alastor or Sek following me. I can't let Argo do it because he is a high priest which is aginst the rules, but you Matachi. You are my top commander and knight."

"What are you asking of me?" He says to her sitting down trying to figure out what she was fully talking about for he himself was not ready for a kingship. It was not his lifestyle but if it required the lasting longing of llyr then he would.

She didn't smile then but looked past him the the herth. "I would name you regent. I had it written a week ago. I haven't had the ability to tell you until now. I will name Hector the boy that Demitri is fostering my heir and you my regent until that time." Her purple eyes looked back at him she was quite serious. "If I die before i am able to give a heir."
