Your version of moderation is a thimblefull. That's not enough for the rest of the population. *Motions for Evelyn to come into the kitchen, since she might as well join them where the hot chocolate is warm, and pours another mug, dropping the hot chocolate pieces in it and stirring in the alcohol.*
This'll warm you right up, I promise! Hopefully you're not a lightweight~ *Stirs a little, seeming to be feeling a lot calmer.* Oh, you know, not bad. Nothing exploded, no one died, only a couple of people are mangled. It's a pretty good evening I do have to say~

"Well that's good, I suppose." Laughing she watched her mix it in, a slight unsureness spreading in her face.
"Well you are General Cross' student..."
She never really had alcohol other than the rare celebrations she's had around the world. She's mainly only had light wines, and never drank too much of it.
She pushed her cares aside though. The warm cup reminded her of how warm her body could feel in a moment, and she thanked Sil before blowing on it to cool it off slightly.
((Everything's grand here. A little sad I have to get up at 5:30 in the morning for college on Mons and Weds.))

Evelyn: *Flushes a little at the General Cross comment.* Well, I mean.... I don't really drink that much. It's never been my thing. He tried to get me to appreciate wines better, but I only drink on occasion usually. There's only a little bit in there, so don't worry too much! *Smiles.* In this drink, it's just to add a little bit of mint flavor, and it warms you up a lot faster on cold winter nights.
Lavi: Sometimes that's exactly what people want out of it. Not feel anything, not let your thoughts get the better of you for once... It's... a way to unwind. Not the best way, but a way. We all have our poison, I'd say... *Smiles a little bit, fiddling with her cigarette case in her pocket.* Like me, with the smoking.
