-Smiles when she sees him sleeping and sets the tray on a table next to his throne, not wanting to disturb him. Goes and fetches a blanket to toss gently over him to hopefully make him even more comfortable, and gives him a motherly kiss on the forehead.-

*Laughs a little as Anita leaves, thinking how many secrets are flying around here lately and pours the milk into two cups again, melting individual pieces of hot chocolate into them.* Secrets, secrets, secrets... if only she knew... Then again, there's no such thing as a person who doesn't have secrets around here. *Stirs the chocolate around in the milk and pulls out the peppermint schnapps, tipping a little bit into each cup before sprinkling chocolate-mint pieces on the very top of it.*
Okay... Don't burn yourself, it's still very hot. *Slides the mug over near to his elbow and pauses for a moment thoughtfully.* Do you... maybe want to go for a walk after? *Hoping maybe for a tiny bit of peace.*

I just want to make sure you're as comfortable as possible, Cross-sama. It's the least I can do. -Bows a little and moves to pour him some tea now that he's awake, handing it over to him.- That will help with the pain I hope.

It's a hard habit for me to break. -Places her hand on his as he touches her arm.- Even if you say there is no pain, I don't believe you Cross-sama, but I admire your attempt to keep up a strong appearance. Thanks~ -Straightens, cupping the mug in his hands, warming them. Blows on it a little, but doesn't take a sip yet, not wanting to burn his tongue. Instead, he smiles at her, putting the cup back down.- Sure... I'd like that.

I'm glad you do... I'd like at least a shorts walk time without having a heart attack. *Smiles a little and jumps when the oven beeps, having forgotten she had been baking to begin with and quickly pulls the tarts out, popping a couple of golden brown ones out of the tin onto a plate so she can let them cool.* He's going to have to wait a little bit... *Hmms, frowning a little.* At least a couple of hours. I should have made something to be served a little faster. *Rubs the back of her neck a little.* Any ideas...?

As he rolls his eyes, sipping some cocoa with booze in it. *Smiles at him, finding his mannerisms on the subject rather funny considering, then peeks her head out of the door to note that the room had cleared out until Evelyn peeks her head back in.* Hey! *Waves a little bit to let her know she's not alone.* Want some hot cocoa?
