Anita: -waves his hand to try and dismiss her worry- No, no. No pain. I had surgery several days ago now, I'm doing just fine. -lie-
My only complaint is having to use these crutches to get around. -smiles a little, trying to make things lighter-

*Has apparent surprise on her features as she hears the door open and Lavi makes his way in there as well, regarding him for a moment as he makes the offer.* No no no... *Shakes her head a little bit, trying to smile.* That's... sweet of you to offer, but... I'm certainly responsible for my choices and I'm going to stand by them. *Looks down for a moment before she decides to actually start rooting through cupboards to find some ingredients to actually make something, so it won't seem so odd that she came into the kitchen.*
I'm just... *Bites her lip a little bit, pulling out flour.* Unnecessarily nervous and I keep thinking of how terribly wrong it can all go. Like... if he decides to drop me as an apprentice... *Feels odd voicing her concerns out loud for once, a little startled by how easily she was forthright with her emotions when it was just her and him alone.* And just... with him being hurt. I just planned to tell him and get it out of the way, but now things are significantly more complicated.

@Cross: Surgery? -Shakes her head.- And you have been back several days? -Frowns, hurt that he hadn't said anything, but dismisses it for the time being.- I hope you won't be out of commission too long. The Order is in dire straights if their Generals are starting to get injured, especially one as great as you are. -Evident concern.-

Anita: I tore some things in my leg, they had to be repaired surgically. I didn't want to worry anyone, so I kept my return quiet until I was able to get out of the infirmary.
