*Hunter pulls out a few things from his pack and sets them around the room*

*Looks at Hunter yet again*
Me:You'd be surprised at how long Yuki and I have been friends.

Sport yawns, then heads into his mini-room. "Night peoples." he says, then curls up and falls asleep.

I gots a mission!^_^ It's not that good, but I hope it passes!^_^

MISSION- Weird Shutdown
A weird group of people have been taking pokemon and doing weird experiments on them, your mission is to go and stop them!! and get their weird passcard! (You will fight 5 bad dudes)

Miko was sitting in the underground HQ, throwing a ball up in the air, then catching it as it started to fall. Sammy was sitting at the foot of her blanket, playing around with some random things he had found around the town. “Pippiplup…” Sammy said, obviously in a bored way.

“I know, I know. You’re bored. Why don’t you announce it on the news?” Miko said in a way that made Sammy get a small smile on his face. Suddenly the radio that just happened to be on the news station started making the noise it makes when an alert is coming up.

“Yes, strange sightings all over the city have occurred. People are reporting strange man and women taking pokemon and, supposedly, taking them to a secret location. If you have any information on them, please dial, (632) 768-9023. Thank you for your time.” The man said. The station then went to a song and Miko sat up, listening to the radio for more information.

“Hmm….” Miko mumbled under her breath as she scratched her chin. She got off of the blanket and urged Sammy to follow her, and he did. She ran into the pokemon center, Sammy following close behind, and started to look at the bulletin board. Sure enough, there was a mission posted about the sightings. Miko took the paper and looked at Sammy. “You thinking what I’m thinking?” Miko asked Sammy in a quick sentence.

“ Piiiiiiiplup!” Sammy said as he jumped in the air repeatedly. Miko nodded and ran out to get her bike. Sammy chased after her in small but quick steps. Miko jumped on her bike and waited for Sammy. As soon as Sammy jumped up into her lap, Miko started to pedal.

Miko still wondered where they were, but her question was soon answered when she was almost run over by a man in a large truck. She thought quickly and ran the bike into a nearby bush, trying to avoid the car from hitting her and Sammy. The large truck swirved and ran into a tree, leaving the front nice and banged up.

“NOOOOO!!!” the man that had stepped out of the car screamed. Miko held her head for a moment, being in a daze. She looked around frantically for a moment, trying to find Sammy. Sammy soon popped out with a couple of leaves in his mouth, looking like a walrein when Miko looked at him. Miko chuckled at the sight of the walrein/piplup.

Miko got up and hid the bike in the bush. The man walked up to Miko who was now holding Sammy in her arms. “Urgh… You’re lucky I’m in a good mood today…” The strange man said as he turned around and went into his truck. Miko walked over to the back of the truck that had big metal doors that looked like they could be opened with a tool of some kind. Sammy jumped up, something telling him to open up the door.

Sammy pecked away at a couple of the bolts and, finally, the door fell down. A heracross was in the truck, looking very weak. “Oh my!” Miko said as she looked at the purple heracross. He was badly wounded, and Miko felt sorry for him.

Suddenly, Miko’s arm was grabbed by the man. “You know, you shouldn’t be messing around in our business…” the man said while turning her around.

“Let this poor thing go!” Miko said as she yanked herself away and looked at him intently. Sammy jumped on Miko’s shoulder.

“Aww….You have feelings for it….How pitiful. Pokemon are just tools for which man gain more power, and they should be treated like no more than that.” The man said with a smirk.

“Well, with you talkin’ like that, I’d say that heracross is worth more than you.” Miko said as she stared meanly into his eyes, and he backed away a step.

“Heh, if you care about it so much, then I’ll battle you to see who’s right!” He said as he reached for his pokeballs. “But, either way, that thing is going to the lab.”

“We’ll se about that…I’ll make you eat those words…” Miko said, obviously ticked off, as she reached for her pokeballs.

“Go zubat!” The weird man said as he threw a pokeball and zubat appeared. “Go Sammy!” Miko said as Sammy stepped forward from his spot and growled. “Sammy, use bubblebeam!” Miko said as Sammy let out a steady beam of bubbles at the zubat, dealing good damage to it. “Zubat, use bite!” The weird man said as zubat lashed out and bit Sammy, Doing critical damage! “Hang in there, Sammy! Use bubblebeam again!” Miko said as Sammy let out another stream of bubbles that rapidly hit the zubat, fainting it.

“Urgh….Go shinx!” The weird man said as a shinx came out of his pokeball. “Sammy, return! Go Yoshi!” Mikos aid as she returned Sammy and let out Yoshi. “Shinx, use spark!” he said as shinx reared back and came up with a spark of electricity, doing normal damage to the dragonair. “Okay, Yoshi, use hyper beam!” Miko said as let out a huge beam of orange and yellow light, doing massive damage and fainting shinx.

“Ahhh!” Last one, go roselia!”he said as the fainted shinx disappeared and a roselia came in its place. “Use giga drain!” he said as the roselia absorbed tiny bits of HP from Yoshi, doing some damage. “Yoshi, use-Oh, you have to recharge….” Miko mumbled as Yoshi began to recharge. “Alright! ADVANTAGE! Use giga drain again!” he said as roselia, once again, used giga drain and did a little damage. “Okay, finishe it off with abother hyper beam!” Miko yelled as Yoshi shot an even LARGER beam of orange and yellow at the roselia, fainting it.

“No!!!” The man yelled as he fell on his knees.

“Yes!” Miko said as she returned Yoshi and walked over to him. “I believe you must leave now.

“Nuh-uh! Not without that heracross!It’s still MINE!!!!!!” He screamed at the top of his lungs. He ran over to the truck and looked inside. “What?!?!?” He said in an outrage. The shiny heracross had escaped!

“Must I force you out of here?” Miko said as she tossed a pokeball up and down in the air. The man panicked and ran away, dropping a piece of paper. The paper showed that the lab was near hearthome city.

Miko put the piece of paper in her pocket and got her bike out of the bush. She got on and pedaled toward Hearthome, which wasn’t that far away from they’re place in Eterna.

Miko arrived at the gate that leads to Hearthome and saw two people standing there, not moving a muscle. “Umm…excuse me? I need to get through…” she said as she put her bike to the side and went up the stairs, only to be pushed back down by one of them.

“Hey! What was that for?!?” Miko said while rubbing her arm.

“We’re not aloud to let anyone in! Nope nope!” One of them said. Miko looked him over and noticed he was wearing the same kind of suit as the other guy. “Pipe down, trainee!” The other one said as he nudged the other, slightly knocking him over.

“Trainee, huh? I guess you’re not smart enough to figure out one of the easiest questions in Sinnoh, are you?” Miko said with a slight grin, loving to mess with peoples’ heads.

“Shoot it at me! I can answer ANYHTING!!!” He said, kind of insulted.

“Okay…If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?” Miko asked while folding her arms and leaning to the side a little bit.

“I…..Uhh….it…..Duuuuuhhh…..I don’t know!!!!!” he screamed as he fell on the ground and started to twitch.

“Hey! No one treats MY trainee like that except for ME!” The other said while pulling the trainee up and grabbing his pokeballs.

“Okay, let’s battle this out then!” Miko said as she reached for her pokeballs, ready for a battle.

“Go budew!” the trainee weird member said as he threw his pokeball and a budew appeared. “Go arbok!” The second one said as his arbok appeared. “Go Chibi and Summer!” Miko said as she threw two pokeballs and a starly and a ninetales appeared. “Chibi, use fly on the budew!” Miko said as Chibi flew into the air and hovered. “Summer, use flamethrower on the arbok!” Miko said as Summer let out a huge burst of flames that went hurling towards arbok, almost fainting it. . “Arbok, use acid on the ninetales!” The second weird one said as the arbok opened his mouth and shot a large amount of acid out of his mouth, doing good damage to Summer. “Okay, budew! Use giga drain on the ninetales!” The trainee said as the budew absorbed bits of energy from Summer, doing little damage. “Chibi, sick em’ boy!” Miko cheered as Chibi swooped down and rammed into budew, fainting it.

“No! Oh well… go mudkip!” The trainee said as he threw a pokeball and mudkip appeared. “Arbok, use another acid, just this time on that starly!” The second one said as arbok let out a strong mouthful of acid at Chibi, fainting it.

“Chibi, return! Go dusclops!” Miko said as she returned Chibi and let out dusclops. “Summer, finish off that arbok with a fire spin!” Miko said as Summer let out a twirl of fire at arbok, fainting it.

“Grrr…. Go kadabra!” The second one said as he threw a pokeball and kadabra appeared. “Okay, mudkip, use water gun on that ninetales!” The trainee said as mudkip let out a steady stream of water out at Summer, doing super damage. “Summer, use flamethrower on kadabra!” Miko said as Summer let out a massive burst of flames at the kadabra, just barely fainting it.

“NO!!!That was my last pokemon!” The second weird guy said as he fell onto the steps of the gate. “Okay, dusclops, let’s finish this off with shadow punch!” Miko said as Dusclops landed a punch of purple and black energy onto the mudkip, fainting it.

“Yes!” Miko yelled as she returned her pokemon and watched the two weird men run off into the woods. Miko parked her bike safely behind a bush and went into the gates.

Miko walked into Hearthome and noticed that there were more of the weird people going around and stealing peoples’ pokemon! She knew she couldn’t fight them all, so she ran into the pokemon center to get her pokemon healed.

Miko went up to nurse Joy and handed her the pokeballs. “Would you?” Miko said politely.

“Sure.” Nurse Joy said and put the pokeballs in the healing machine. The machine played the little tune as it always does, and nurse Joy picked up the pokeballs. “There you go, have a nice day!” Nurse Joy said as Miko picked up the pokeballs and strapped them to her belt.

“Same to you!” Miko said as she walked out the door. She looked around and noticed that one of the weird guys was coming, so she hid behind the poke center’s wall. The weird person walked by and Miko followed him, figuring that he was heading back into their base.

After about an hour, she had followed him all of the way to their base. He walked into the base, Miko close behind, and sat in one of the many chairs. Miko looked around at the many labs that had windows, letting you see into them. In most, there was some poor pokemon that was having an injection of some kind, or was being put in some kind of insecure environment. Miko held her head as she looked at the cruelness of these people.

Miko walked slowly behind the chair, being so quiet that you couldn’t hear her. She was able to sneak past him, and successfully did the same past a few more labs. But then, a scientist walked out of a room, slamming the door in Miko’s face. Miko held her nose which had been hit with the most force, and shook her head.

“I’m so terribly sor- Hey! You’re not a worker here,” The scientist said as he closed the door and looked at her in astonishment. “Who told you about this place?!?” The scientist said as he reached for his pokeballs.

“A little birdy told me…” Miko said as she whipped her face off and also reached for her pokeballs. “But, I’m staying whether you like it, or not!” Miko said as she grabbed for a pokeball and tossed it up and down in the air.

“Well, I don’t, and you’re not!” The scientist said as he grabbed a pokeball and held it out, obviously wanting a fight.

“Go voltorb!” The scientist said as he let his pokeball go into the air and release a creature that was similar to the poke ball. “Go Summer,” Miko said as she threw her pokeball and a light blue ninetales appeared. “Summer, use flamethrower!” Miko screamed as Summer let out a strong line of flames that hit voltorb, doing enough damage to almost faint it. “voltorb, use roll out!” the scientist said as the voltorb let out 4 rocks that hurled towards Summer, doing massive damage, and almost fainting her. “Nice move, but not good enough…Use fire spin!” Miko said as Summer let out a flame that encircled the voltorb, doing enough damage to faint it.

“Urgh…. Go Hypno!” The scientist said as he threw a pokeball and hypno appeared. “Summer, return! Go Yoshi!” Miko said as she threw a pokeball and a dragonair appeared. “ Hypno, use psychic!” he said as hypno ley out purple waves that hit Yoshi, doing good damage. “Yoshi, use outrage!” Miko said as Yoshi let out an outrage on the hypno, doing a lot of damage. “Hypno, use psychic again!” the scientist said as Hypno let out some more purple waves, this time hitting critically and fainting Yoshi.

“Finish this off, Summer! Use flamethrower!” Miko said as she threw a pokeball and Summer appeared. Summer let out the largest burst of flames she could do at the moment, and let them out in one huge breath at the hypno, fainting it.

“No! That was my last pokemon…” the scientist said as he returned his fainted pokemon. “I won’t tell anyone about this, but you can’t tell anyone that I lost to you!” The scinentist said as he ran down the hall way, leaving something shiny on the ground. Miko returned her pokemon and walked over to the shiny object.

“What’s this?” Miko said to herself as she picked up the shiny card. Written on it was: This is the pass that you shall use to help the world become what it is meant to be, don’t let it go to bad hands Miko stared at the writing and then thought. “This must be the weird passcard!” Miko said in excitement. She started to walk down the hall, still looking at the card, and walked into a metal door. She once again rubbed her nose and looked at the door.

Beside the door, there was a slot meant for a small card to go in. The top of the slot said, insert weird passcard here. Miko did the obvious thing to do and inserted the card, opening a series of metal doors. Once the doors were fully open, Miko walked in the room and looked around. Suddenly the doors shut again, trapping Miko inside the room.

“Well, well, well… If it isn’t the little pest that is ruining my research… I’ve heard of you, helping pokemon as if they have feelings. How disgraceful…” The man said with a smirk. Miko grinded her teeth and balled up her fists, trying not to do anything to him, even though she wanted to.

“And if it isn’t the snob that is treating these pokemon as if they..” Miko was interrupted by the man who began to speak very loudly.

“SILENCE! You have no right to talk about me… How old are you, five?” The man said while standing and crossing his arms.

Miko began to get even more frustrated, and stepped forward with a heavy stomp, making the floor shake. “Oh, getting mad, are we?” The man said as he let out a houndoom. “Well, let’s get your manners a little better, shall we? Get her!” He screamed to his houndoom. The houndoom began to come towards her, jaws ready to bite, Miko crouched down and got in a crunched-up position. Suddenly, Something crashed through the metal doors and rammed into the houndoom, knocking it backwards. It was the heracross!

“Oh, thank goodness…” Miko said as she sighed a sigh of relief. The shiny heracroos and nodded, seeming as though he was wanting Miko to battle the man. Miko nodded back and stood up. “Okay… Time for some pay-back.” Miko said as she grabbed a pokeball and tossed it up and down in the air.

“Make my day…” The leader said with a smirk.

“Go houndoom!” He said as houndoom stepped forward because it was already out. “Go Yuki!” Miko exclaimed as she threw a pokeball and a large blastoise appeared. “Houndoom, use bite!” The weird leader said as houndoom lashed out and bit Yuki, doing good damage. “Yuki, use hydro pump!” Miko said as Yuki let out a large burst of water, which fainted houndoom.

“You’re good, but not good enough.” The leader began, “ Go manectric! Use thunder” Manectric appeared from a pokeball and let out a large bolt of lightning, which fainted Yuki.

“Grr….Go dusclops! Use shadow ball!” Miko said as she threw a pokeball and let out dusclops. Dusclops let out a huge purplish-blackish ball of energy that hurled itself towards manectric, leaving manectric with about half of its original HP left. “Manectric, use thunder again!” the leader said as manectric let out another bolt of lightning, doing amazing damage that almost fainted dusclops. “Finish this one off with another shadow ball, dusclops!” Miko said as dusclops let out yet another huge ball of purplish-blackish energy at the manectric, which fainted it.

“Okay, you’ve defeaten my eastiest pokemon… but how can you handle this!?!” He says as he throws a pokeball, revealing a Luxray. “My prized pokemon.” He said as he tapped his foot. “Uhh….Dusclops, return! Go Arcanine!” Miko said as dusclops disappeared and arcanine appeared. “Luxray, show him a good crunch.” The leader said, not even looking like he was worried. Luxray bit arcanine hard, doing a lot of damage. “Arcanine, use flamethrower!” Miko said as arcanine let out the largest flame he could possibly make, and shooting it towards the Luxray, doing equal damage to the Luxray’s attack. “Use crunch again, my boy.” The leader said, now not even pretending to care. Luxray looked back at his master and sighed, then hit arcanine with a little less powerful crunch, but it still fainted arcanine.

“It’s okay arcanine, go chibi!” Miko said as arcanine disappeared and chibi appeared. “Chibi, use fly!” Miko said as Chibi flew up into the air. “Luxray, use charge.” The leader said as Luxray charged up for an attack. “Chibi, get ‘em!” Miko said as Chibi swooped down and rammed into Luxray, leaving him with a smidge of HP. “Use spark, luxray.” He said as Luxray let a small spark out at chibi, doing enough damage to faint it.

“Okay, go Sammy!” Miko said as she threw a pokeball and Sammy appeared. The leqader chuckled a bit. “You can’t win with a water type! You’re crazy!” “Am I? Or is it you? Sammy, use bubblebeam!” Miko screamed as Sammy let out a steady beam of strong bubbles, doing just enough to faint the Luxray.

“How? HOW?!?” The leader said as he dropped on his hands and knees.

“You should just run.” Miko said as she returned her pokemon. The leader began to run, and, with everyone watching him, the others ran too. Miko looked at the heracross, who was now looking at her also. She felt a bond between them, but she knew he wanted to get back to his friends. “Go on…” Miko said, and with that, he was gone. Miko went through Hearthome and got her bike, pedaling back to the new HQ.

“Well, tonight was okay.” Miko said as she looked at the weird passcard. She got back to the HQ and looked at the bulletin board. “uhhhhh….” Miko sighed as she put a check and wrote her name on the mission that she had just done. She got to her little cave and let out Sammy. “Hey, Sammy?”

“Piplup?” Sammy said and looked at Miko.

“You bored?” Miko said softly.

Sammy nodded his head and they both sighed. She knew she had helped out, but now she was bored again….. Miko and her short attention span…
