Airelesanya Articuno. hands down. lol Also if you can maybe teach Thunderbolt to your Dragonair. Ice Beam + Thunderbolt are necessities when taking on the E4.
Above all else...
Is Thunderbolt a TM/HM? Also, Victory Road/tunnel thingy is kicking my a**. So frustrating!
