Oh boy.
Well, you roll to hit. Then you pick a random number for damage.
Who taught you, no offense?
You need to calculate, with strength mods etc. what your damage limits can be, then you do random number between those numbers.
Example...
Tori hits like 46-249 kunai damage.
Thats because he has a +45 dex mod, plus 1000 kunai skill, plus kunai damage is like 1-4?
What you do is, for every 10 points in that weapon/fighting style's skill, you add +2 to max damage.
1000 kunai points is +200 max damage.
Dexterity mod is +45 to both min and max damage.
So:
Kunai = 1-4 + 45-45 + 0-200 = 46-249

we don't do that in our guild this might be a problem, I started posting but im not sure if i should keep going because of this whole thing, and I know that you do the random number but it is a rolling action in my head

That was never my fortè, but I know that I have chakra absorbing silver kunai, and I was told to use them by Kouri so that should be right.
So how do we do damage then?

I don't understand this.... man now i feel stupid, um you do it how you normally do, and I guess I'll try to catch on, my guy is a ninjutsu user though so... I don't know what that applies to, where is this whole damage thing in the game system forum?
