Kiah: I told you... Total skeptic. He believes in vampires and Akuma but everything else is chance or trickery. *Slightly fond smile, apparently amused by the attitude.*
Chaoe: *Lifts an eyebrow at Chaoe.* What in God's name have you been in...?
Lavi: *Makes a thoughtful face as he asks her the question, seeming to really put some deep thought into it.* I believe that, if by some chance these cards do have some properties that are magically sensitive, that they may get an imprint of the direction your life is going. However, I don't believe that any future is set in stone nor do I really believe in fate. I think the choices we make every day change where our future is heading, so maybe the cards just give you a warning of where your decisions are likely to make you end up if you continue down the path you've chosen. *Shrugs her shoulders a little bit, trying to make it sound at least a little bit logical.*
But, unfortunately I have to head off everyone... Work and things to be done. *Smiles a little sadly and stands, walking behind Lavi's chair to let her hand brush very gently along his back for a moment.*
