Blufoo @ Jin – I have been concentrating on pieces I want to include in my portfolio and I think the lack of comfort has to do with all the art theft I've seen on the net. These kids see something they like, take it, and post it on another website as their own. I know there are measures I can take to try to keep that from happening, but I'd rather wait and just put my best/favorite pieces in my portfolio. If I have extras I may upload to DA or something. I'm actually working on an animated music video for my friend. He is a musician with his own band and I have acquired permission to use his music. Hopefully when I get my computer fixed I can continue to work on it. sweatdrop As for the picture thing… I hate having my picture taken and I feel that the only good pictures I seem to take are candid photos… maybe. neutral I know how you feel, many people in DA including myself put big copyright watermarks ontop of pics, sometimes can be defeated but they'd have to be good at art to overpaint it and if they are that good why bother stealing art in the first place rolleyes So you know a good watermark will usually keep you safe though DA lately has some messed up copyright system, alot of people have complained and speculated. As for pics, I feel the same way when I gotta stand there and overthink a picture just comes out feeling....odd confused (Hence why I'm not in the faces of Florida thread) ninja

Rob: I am sooooo sorry! I misspelled SMARMY - left the second M out xp I am a dolt. Smarmy means overly flattering, not in a nice way. Think slickly, slimy fauning -- over the top, unctuously (here is your word for today) flattering.

I had Taco Bell and went to Iguana Mia. biggrin
I've never had fried ice cream! surprised Idk what Iguana Mia is either..but it must have something to do with Iguana's.. ninja

Fried icecream? How is that even possible? confused From what I remember you take a blowtorch and blowtorch some cookie dough or something like that on top of some ice cream. Tastes really good and crunchy whee Hmm...could be good/10 3nodding

Piousness - think of the Pope -He is Pious
Moralistic Fevor twisted - um --I am concerned you are in college and haven't run across at least one moralistic moron that wants to piss on your good time parade. stare think above and beyond any morals your Momma would want you to have then apply it to someone that insists on telling you how wicked you are -- often and without reason. wink
Unguent - Lotion, potion, ointment, salve, all fit on the same shelf in the medicine cabinet. Unguents are usually sort of greasy in nature.
I will drag you kicking and screaming into the 21st century if necessary!
Today's word is one that is really fun to throw at people - they have heard it before but aren't really sure what it means:
CRAVEN: cowardly; contemptibly timid, dastardly, fearful, timorous.
Ask someone if they are ready to "cry craven" which means to yield, capitulate or give up. You will probably get more yeses than noes.
