Sryne I'm trying to figure out the mechanics on a new tabletop RP game I got yesterday. My friend wants me to GM for him. I'm still tryin' to find some more people to play. We used to play a version of the game, but they recently updated, so we're trying to get into the new version. Cool! What kind of setting is it? @Bolon- Thanks for selling my the tickets! heart

It's modern/fantasy. You're a werewolf stuck between two worlds -- the physical world and the spiritual world. The nine Firstborn (from Father Wolf and Mother Luna) killed Father Wolf because he had become too weak and was losing his ability to keep the spirits of the spirit world and the humans of the physical world in line.
Because of this act the werewolves split into two factions, the Forsaken and the Pure. You play as the Forsaken and have to work to keep the spirits and humans in their place as well as fight against the Pure and other baddies.
It's pretty cool... more fun than I make it sound.

I think I've heard of it. Is it by the same company that publishes Vampire: The Masqurade?

Yesh. Same company as Vampire: The Masquerade and Mage: The Ascension.... but those were the last set.... there was Werewolf: The Apocalypse now.... but they've moved into a different time setting now and it's changed a lot of the rules and mechanics. Werewolf: The Forsaken is the new one.

If I can figure out the new mechanics, heh. I wish you lived closer... I'd make you come play with us too, hehe. I think you'd have fun... even if we aren't as infinitely wise as you.

Ooohh..that would be so much fun! Some of my friends in the Peace Petition thread were talking about playing some D&D online together. Possibly in a guild. If we get a group together, would you be interested?
