kreigor looked up at valeintine as she walked past. his eyes revealed qualities of mortis, the vempire who helped her and the other lycans on the glacier. memories of the ice creatures they encountered no longer existed in his mind, but perhaps val would recognize him.

Giving one last glance at him as she walked by she noticed his eyes were very different and very familiar. She looked closer and realised who he was, he was the guy who saved her life on the ship. She walked up to him slowly, not wanting to upset the others, she didn't want to fight anyone right now. Crouching down next to him she studied his face closely, "Mortis?" She spoke his name softly as if afraid that saying it louder would make even more real.

Danny sighs...he wanted to go home...but then remembered he was homeless when he died. He goes over to a park bench and covers himself up with a newspaper....

She gave him an analizing look, deciding that he was telling the truth she took in a deep breath and let it out slowly, " a couple of weeks ago, a crazy lycan named I'zale, we were on his ship ready to kill him when we were attacked by dozens of ice creatures, I was almost split in two by one of the creature's swords, you killed it from the back, thus saving my life. You helped our pack out when it wasn't even your fight. You can't remember any of this?"

kreigor shook his head from side to side. "i.....i died, Valentine....this was the man you knew" he said as he held out the picture. "i only remember one person from my previous life.....anything else i may spurt out...is locked away in my subcounsious. that's why i knew your name...but nothing about how we met or who you were" he explained.

She was a little shocked to find out that Mortis died, he was a wonderful fighter. Listening to him closely, she wondered who the person was that he remembered. "Who is the one person that you remember? If I am not being too personal."

"a vampire friend of mine....her name is fate. i beleive she use to date a lycan....silver, i think?" he replied. he didn't mind her prying, she owed him a favor by the sound of her story, he felt safe talking about his life with her.

She thought about the names, she knew who Silver was and his lady friend, she hadn't seen either of them around since the war had started, seeing how they would have been caught in the cross fire. That on it's own brought her back to reality. "Look, a lot has been going on, one major thing is the war between lycans, vampires, and demons. I am not going to fight any of you, I owe you my life, but I don't know how I can be of more help." She gave him another calculating look and then shrugged it off, if he wanted her to do a favor she would without hesitation, she owed him her life.

kreigor sighed. "isn't that why we stopped i'zale in the first place??" he asked, the knowlege was simply blurted out, he didn't even remember what was happening. "and what i really want to try and figure out...is how i died, and why?" he said softly.

"That was why we fought and killed I'zale, to keep the peace. But a few days later there was a misunderstanding about between us and the demons and well thats how it went." She let out a sigh of aggravation and then closed her eyes for a moment. When she opened them they were fully dialated and started to glow a bit, then faded back to normal. She spoke softly to him, "I didn't know anything about your death or why for that matter but I will help you find that information out if you would like me too, just think of me as your very own PI." She gave a half laugh and then crouched there in silence for a few moments.
