Thinking Detox, vegetarianism for a period and incorporate meat back in eventually.
Im sick of being overweight, its only 30 pounds.. but still..

for a period of time not permenant.. and yeah it sounds crazy myself. Trust me.. i love meat. BUT.. if i want to drop 30 pounds.. before the nice weather hits within 2-3 months for now...

the safest way to do it without surgery, or developing an eating disorder... seems to be this.Ive always been overweight.. im 25. I want the s**t ******** gone before the summer so i can go out.. wear a nice revealing bikini and enjoy the sun and not be self conscious about my thighs, a** or stomach.

not to mention itll help imrpove the look of my skin and because i cane exercise everyday with my work schedule itll help. Because what ive been doing so far.. hasnt. I was on a 'diet
i cut out alot of things, junk food, fried food, etc and only lost like 15 pounds.. now ive gained all that back

mostly due to the BC im on but still.. Im i just dont want it anymore.

And if htat means becoming a Veggie for a month... ******** ill do it.

XD But a diet high on carbs and low on protein won't be as effect at losing weight as not doing that.

If you actually want to lose weight, you should do the exact opposite, and have a diet consisting of mostly protein, that's low on carbs, and cut back on processed food. Actually, if you can, cut off all carbs, you'll lose weight remarkably fast. o_x Doing that right now for the summer season (and lost a good amount of weight so far, without having to actually do much exercise being crippled and all) here's some nice reads;

You'll just want to buy a fiber supplement, and drink some green tea after every meal. Vitamin world sells organic green tea (about 6 bucks for 100 bags) that tastes awesome that could be the best to use too. o_o

No peri honey thats the misconception. Is that carbs are bad. Carbs are brain food you need them more than you need protein. Plus you can get protein from, seeds, nuts, soy and fake meats.

Fruit, Vegetables, whole complex grains, small portions, non dairy items like soy milk, and cheese, and eating little meat or beans/nuts/seeds. Is a much better way to go. Youll have more stamina, feel healthier etc.

besides i dont want to build muscle... i just want to be fit, healthy and loose the weight. you dont see fat vegetarians do you? I will agree with you on the processed s**t yeah that needs to go thats why im thinking Detox before i change my eating habits. detox as in liek a juice detox or fruits and veggie detox
