Ushio smiled brightly and sat down. "Dig in! Kari-chan made it for us. I suck at cooking..."
Ludwig smiled softly at her but he was shaking scared. "I-I t-thought I w-was a horrible b-boyfriend..." He tried to stop crying, tried to act strong. "I-I'll never u-understand w-why you love s-someone so s-stupid like m-m-me..." He finally passed out from the bloodloss and pain of his leg regenerating.

Yuma smiled brightly and sat down, munching on a piece of sushi.
"Yumm~"
Rina finished regenerating his leg and disappeared with him to the hospital to get him a blood transfusion. The doctor hooked him up and she held his hand, moving his bangs from his face.
"I don't think there's a logically reason Ludwig.. I don't think.."

Ludwig had finally stopped crying when he passed out but he was smiling slightly, clenching her hand even out cold. He was having a nightmare about when him and Gilbert were about four.
"No!" A older man yelled, he had white hair and dark red eyes, slapping a blonde boy down who was about five. "Gilbert, your useless! Why can't you be a prodigy like Ludwig? Atleast he has our bloodline! You have your mothers!" Ludwig stopped his father's hand from hitting Gilbert again. "Daddy stop!" He grabbed Ludwig's wrist and pulled him away. "Shut up! Your the heir to our family, you should be practicing your bloodline not protecting your wimp of a brother!" Gilbert stayed with his mother if his father was around, Ludwig started to disobey his father until his father killed Sesuke and Gilbert killed him, it only equaled to their mother beating them to near death and dropping them in a random place.
Ushio sighed, staring at his sushi. "Yuma...what would you do if someone hurt Kaname by making her cry?"

Yuma blinked at Ushio in mid bite.
"Meh?" She put the shushi down and closed her mouth. "Well first of all I would ask them why they made her cry then I would try to straighten it out.. I don't like fighting.... Now if that person would have hit her that would have been a different story.."

Ushio poofed up his cheeks a bit stubborn and set the sushi down. "I-I kinda made her cry a bit ago...s-she keeps ignoring me and then I see her get really sad or mad if I talk to you so I told her off and tried to tell her she was too shy and needs to get the guts and talk to me b-because it annoys me..." He took a breath and ran a hand through his hair.

Yuma looked at him a bit and then laughed lightly.
"Why are you so worked up? Kaname-san gets worked up easy! It's not like she likes you or anything, she's just really shy." Kaname had never told her that she liked Ushio. "It'll be okay..."
It actually wouldn't be okay, Kaname was still sitting at the pond. She really felt like just jumping in and never coming up, she wasn't good for anything, she'd never do anything, she'd never get anyone... She dipped her hand in the water and watched it drip off her hand. She dipped her foot in, then just let her legs float there, her leggings getting soaked.

Ushio shook his head, his bluish black hair swishing back and fourth. "Thats the problem! She told Kari she liked me!" He waved his arms and sighed. "I was really thankful she saved my life and Kari's but...everytime she ignored me I felt so bothersome but you never ignored me so I decided to spend more time with you..." He looked down embarrassed.

Yuma's mouth dropped open then she smiled, making an 'oh~!' sound. Her face softened up.
"That explains. She was very angry with me this morning, I couldn't figure out why. Kaname is not the type of girl to let her feelings out, in fact, she'd rather bottle them up, to save herself from heart break. Kaname's parents kicked her out at age six, she'd been having trust issues since, it took her three years to trust me." She looked down and smiled a little. "I'm sorry, if she became a bother to you. Kaname is just so shy because of how much she had been hurt. And the fact that I'm a second choice... I don't really mind. You are a really funny guy." She smiled brightly at him.
Kaname was up to her waist now, she flayed her hands out on the water, feeling the bijuu in her freaking out.

Ushio looked up at her and smiled, she really understood. "Then you don't mind if I ask Kaname out instead? I felt really bad for making her cry..." He rubbed the back of his neck and sighed. He didn't know she was going to try and drown herself but he did feel like something was wrong.

Yuma laughed lightly and stood up, bowing a bit.
"Not at all.. It was nice hanging with you for a while.." She gave him once last smile before walking off.
Kaname looked at the water before falling backwards, falling under the surface, not even bothering to hold her breath. She saw the bubbles escape from her mouth and Nanabi's voice before eyes began to close and she saw nothing.

Ushio nodded and stood up, packing away the food. He knew Kaname had gone towards the pond so he walked toward there.
Sakaki had seen Kaname go in the water and when she didn't come back up and the bubbles stopped, he got worried and dived in to grab her around the waist, pulling her up and to the shore to check her breathing, pushing on her chest to get any water out. "Don't die Kaname!" He pushed his chakra in her to get the water out faster.

Kaname coughed out a bit of water, groaning, she didn't open up her eyes though. Her breathing started up again and her heartbeat was faint but strengthening. She was pale white and the color was beginning to show in her lips and finger nails again. Her clothes and hair plastered against her.
"Ushio... I'm sorry I'm so worthless.." Her eyebrows pulled together and she rolled over to the side, coughing out more water from her lungs, to weak to push herself up. "U-U...Ushio...." She mumbled.

Ushio spotted Kaname and Sakaki, running over to them but Sakaki held up a hand to stop him. Ushio looked at Kaname with wide eyes. "Kaname, are you ok?!"
"Now you care about her? Get the hell out." Sakaki sounded pissed as he lifted Kaname gently up and patted her back to get the water out.
Ushio looked confused. "What?"
Sakaki shot him a look. "Get the hell out of my village! You hurt her feeings enough so leave!"
Ushio stepped back and dropped the basket of food before sprinting away, out of the gates and just kept running, he didn't know he hurt her that badly.

Kaname hung limply in his arms, too weak from nearly drowning to death. Her breathing was slightly forced, her eyes opened slightly and she groaned again, then she closed her eyes again, falling asleep. She didn't know who was carrying her, she didn't care. She was so cold though, but she couldn't move. She began to shiver lightly.
"C-Cold.."

Ushio stopped when he was tired, he looked to the side when someone came out of the bushes.
The person was a bit older than him and smiled. "Hey it's ok, I saw what happened...wanna join us? You'll be wanted with us..."
Ushio looked confused. "Who are you?"
"We're bandits...we survive together by robbing people but we never hurt anyone." The boy took Ushio's ahnd and pulled him away, Ushio nodded a bit.
Sakaki carried Kaname to the hospital and set her on a bed, a nurse changed her clothes while Sakaki looked away, the nurse put a heating blanket on Kaname while Sakaki sat next to her. "Shh your ok now Kaname..."
